We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Definitely hit my challenges along the way! All of the challenges have just been natural growing pains. Learning the ins and outs of the dance world. Challenges have come in different shapes and sizes. Being a female and expressing your femininity has brought some challenges. Learning how to push boundaries in expression has had its challenges as an artist. Pushing others and believing in others talents also has had its challenges but all the challenges I have endured have help me grow as an individual. My biggest struggle was losing my father 3 years ago. I felt I lost a part of me and my creativity and energy was really affected. I am now healing and back falling in love with the art of dance again.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I love teaching Hip Hop dance and I love teaching Heels dancing! I Love to perform as well! My favorite is teaching the youth! The youth is always open for newness and a challenge. They are more eager and bring a lot of energy and which in hip hop dance you need a lot of energy!! Outside of teaching dance my specialties are:

Personal trainer
Physical therapist
Boxing coach
Music

I am most proud of developing a thriving dance community in the town I grew up in Louisville, KY.

What sets me apart from others is my passion and love for others and dance! I see the beauty in people and community! I love making things happen for others as well as myself. I love seeing the growth from works and how my energy can help benefit others!

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
