Exploring Life & Business with Victoria Mehrnia of Highland Premiere Real Estate

Today we’d like to introduce you to Victoria Mehrnia

Hi Victoria, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I was born and raised in the suburbs of Minneapolis. I went to the University of Arizona and finished my degree in developmental psychology at the University of Minnesota. After college I moved to Boston and used my degree in psychology to elevate the sales experience at Peloton. Due to my husband’s career we relocated to Orange County where I continued to be interested in the luxury sales experience, but shifting my focus to real estate. I joined Compass as an Agent Experience Manager, assisting the agents of Newport Beach in the development of their business. After seeing the success of agents firsthand, I found I was passionate in helping buyers and sellers find their new home. Moving from Orange County to Los Angeles, I joined the phenomenal team at Highland Premiere.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Relocating numerous times throughout the country puts your social, emotional and physical abilities to the test. That is why I am so passionate about helping others find their home because I have experienced all these challenges firsthand. Moving to an unfamiliar area with knowing very few people was an obstacle that took time to overcome.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a real estate advisor with Highland Premiere, specializing in physician relocation and serving clients across Los Angeles’ Westside. Drawing from my own experience relocating for my husband’s medical training, I understand the challenges of moving to an unfamiliar place. With a background in psychology, I provide an empathetic and insightful approach. At Highland Premiere we focus on every aspect of the customer experience; guiding first-time homebuyers, prospective tenants, and seasoned investors alike.

What was your favorite childhood memory?
My favorite childhood memory was boating with my grandfather on the lakes of Minnesota. The 4th of July was always a special holiday at his house; decorating his entire property, matching American flag swimsuits, bbq’ing all day and watching the fireworks from the boat at dusk.
