Today we’d like to introduce you to Anthony Auguste
Hi Anthony, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I grew up in Brooklyn, NY, where creativity and hustle were just a way of life. I went to Art and Design High School, where I first started exploring my artistic side, and later refined my craft at the Art Institute, focusing on film. Now, I’m based in Los Angeles, turning my passions for filming, directing, and choreographing into something bigger with my business, AAA Productions LLC.
I wear a lot of hats—director, choreographer, business manager—and I’ve built my brand by creating short-form content like interviews, promos, documentaries, music videos, and brand commercials. I also love being on set—whether it’s suiting up to film dancers outdoors or crafting edits that tell sharp, engaging stories. I handle every part of the process myself, but I’m always open to ideas and collaboration.
Right now, I’m focused on growing my network, expanding partnerships with smaller brands in fashion, beauty, and dance, and leveling up my business. Whether it’s finding the right manager or locking in sponsorship deals, I’m putting in the work to take things to the next level. For me, it’s all about blending creativity, strategy, and hustle to keep pushing forward.

i define success by making a living doing what you love. waking up happy to work. and doing all of that through love.
