Life & Work with Albina Bezhentseva of LA

Today we’d like to introduce you to Albina Bezhentseva

Hi Albina, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I’ve always been a creative person, and moving to Los Angeles—a city full of inspiration and creative energy—gave me the push I needed to start blogging. I’ve always loved cosmetics and skincare, but over time, that love turned into more than just a hobby—it became my career. Before this, I was stuck in office jobs, dreaming of doing something for myself. LA made that dream feel possible. My obsession with skincare, especially Korean products (which now make up 70% of my routine), led to my first collaboration with a Korean skincare brand, and that’s when my passion officially turned into a business.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road. Taking the first step was the hardest part, as starting something new is always scary. There were moments of doubt and challenges in creating consistent, high-quality content, but I’ve learned to see these struggles as opportunities to grow. With the support of those around me, I’ve been able to overcome obstacles and keep doing what I love.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m a beauty blogger and UGC creator specializing in skincare, with a focus on minimalism. I share simple yet effective routines and honest reviews, showcasing products I genuinely use and love. I’m proud of building trust with my audience by staying authentic and collaborating with brands I’ve used as a regular customer long before becoming a creator. What sets me apart is my focus on quality over quantity, delivering content that’s both helpful and approachable, and staying true to my values.

Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?
I’d like to encourage anyone who’s thinking about starting something new to take that first step. It’s always the hardest, but if you’re passionate about what you do, the journey is worth it. Stay true to yourself, focus on what you love, and success will follow.
