Meet Taiann Eiland of PurpL Goat in Pasadena

Today we’d like to introduce you to Taiann Eiland.

Taiann, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
My love for skin care started in 2006 when I became a licensed esthetician. I started PurpL Goat in response to my own skin ailments a little over 3 years ago. Suffering with severe cystic acne for over 10 years led me to take a deeper look into what I was applying to my skin, putting into my body and what I was allowing to consume my mind.

The line is based around my belief in full spectrum healing. The ingredients are non-toxic, and 80 percent of the line is food grade. Gentle, yet extremely effective ingredients that cultures have incorporated for centuries. Every product contains a special affirmation that I personally use daily, upon waking up.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
I have experienced struggles in my personal life over the span of the three years (I’ve learned to separate the two.), but the line itself has flourished at the perfect pace. There will always be complications and confusion when trying anything new in life – but if the intentions are pure and the belief is there, you will make it happen.

Please tell us about PurpL Goat.
PurpL Goat is a full range of skin care and body care items. We have face washes, crystal infused toner, mask’, serums, natural deodorant and we even have a crystal infused bath soak created for the health of the yoni. After 3 years of growth, I am still a one woman show. I formulate, create the items, package, handle marketing & customer care and package orders. This is one aspect of my business that I hold pride in. I am a firm believer in energy – and I know that there is nothing but positive energy going into every detail of my business.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
I wouldn’t change any part of my process. Everything happened exactly as it was supposed to.
