Meet Brittany Noelle

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brittany Noelle.

So, before we jump into specific questions, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Growing up, I was a track & field athlete and struggled with injuries throughout my career. A visit to a talented physical therapist leads me to be curious about the process of rehabbing and preventing injuries. This curiosity blossomed into a passion for the human body and how it works.

I decided to study Physiological Science at UCLA, where I was also a member of the Track team. I developed a passion for weightlifting as a result of having to lift in the mornings before heading to track practice in the afternoons. I loved how my body was able to increase strength and power in the weight room much faster than improving speed on the track.

As a result, I decided to combine my passion for weightlifting with my ability to fix the body and become a Personal Trainer. I love that my job helps people feel better and increases their self-esteem.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
When I first starting my Instagram and blog, I struggled with figuring out my content. I knew that I had great workouts, but I felt pressured to come up with crazy or unique workouts because it seemed like that was all that other trainers were posting. I thought posting something basic like a squat wouldn’t get many views. I also struggled with trying to create a unique image at the gym that wasn’t a selfie.

Eventually, I stopped following as many fitness influencers and starting concentrating on the lifestyle space. It was then that I realized that everyone wasn’t just posted crazy workout videos and shredded selfies. I started feeling comfortable posting the content that I thought looked good and more importantly helped my audience to learn to be inspired.

Now I know exactly what type of content I enjoy creating. This has made my job as a digital influencer much less stressful and way more organic. I’m glad that I went through the struggle initially so that I’m 100% confident in what I’m creating now.

Brittany Noelle Fitness – what should we know? What do you do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
My company is Brittany Noelle Fitness. I create custom fitness programs and provide nutrition coaching for clients both in person and online. My programs are unique because they are geared towards your specific lifestyle. I do fitness that fits you. Meaning, if you want pushed to your limits then I program for that. If you want to just move better, I’ll program for that. Your needs are what matter. In addition to one on one training, I also lead weekend boot camps and online 30 day challenges for people to join who can’t afford one on one custom programs and coaching. This allowed my clients to have another way to improve their fitness while gaining a sense of community and accountability.

In addition to fitness. I educate people about cleaner skincare and beauty products. I believe that it’s just as important to care about what you put on your body as well as inside of your body. I educate through live videos or by meeting people in person to discuss their specific beauty/skincare regimen and showing them areas of opportunity. I also have an online store where people can purchase Beautycounter products. These products are clean and the company advocates for stronger skincare laws.

What is “success” or “successful” for you?
I define success as being able to positively impact as many people as possible. That’s why I’m so passionate about personal training. I get the opportunity to help people reach the goals.

Also as a digital influencer and clean beauty advocate, I’m able to spread my message and fitness knowledge to thousands of people.

I think I’ll consider myself successful when my digital channels have reached over a million people and when my brand is recognizable worldwide. Then I will know that I’ve made the positive impact that I desire.
