Good morning Vito, it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? What’s the most surprising thing you’ve learned about your customers?
The most surprising thing I have learned about my customers, is that money does not matter to them. Let me explain what I mean by that. When I started offering public relations and media services, I struggled to sell offers for as low as $500 per month.
Now we regularly sign clients for $10,000, $25,000 or even $100,000 per month because I have learned to offer and present high value offers to audiences that can afford and benefit from them. The lesson here is that if you are struggling to get clients or make sales, money and price is not the problem; the problem is the value you are offering.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Vito Glazers — I’m a media entrepreneur, television personality, and the founder of Glazers Media. For the past 15+ years, I’ve built my brand and business around one core belief: perception is reality. I help influencers, entrepreneurs, and public figures take control of their narrative, get seen in major media, and turn attention into income.
I’m becoming best known as one of the fastest growing standup comedians in Hollywood, the host of Cheaters TV, and the producer and face of documentaries like The Rise of OF, PayPigs and My Transparent Life, but behind the scenes, my public relations agency Glazers Media has helped hundreds of clients grow their audiences, repair their reputations, and scale their brands using PR, paid media, celebrity collaborations and high-level strategic visibility.
What makes us different? We don’t just get you “press.” We build legacy. I’ve lived every side of the media game; from the headlines to the hot seat, and I use that experience to help our clients win, not just once, but sustainably.
Right now I’m focused on growing the Glazers Media brand globally, expanding our television projects, and scaling up the personal brands of the people who will define the next generation of influence.
If you want to get seen, be heard, and leave a mark, I’m the guy you call.
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
As a child, I believed a lot of the limiting beliefs that were passed down to me; ideas about money being scarce, success being for “other people,” and that you had to follow a traditional path to be secure in life. That mindset came from my environment. People who meant well, but were playing not to lose instead of playing to win.
Over time, I realized those beliefs were chains, not truth. I’ve spent years unlearning that scarcity mentality and replacing it with a mindset rooted in gratitude and abundance. I’ve learned that there’s more than enough opportunity, wealth, and success out there, especially for those who are willing to think differently, take risks, and invest in themselves.
I don’t operate from fear or lack anymore. I move from vision, purpose, and the belief that life gets better the more value you bring to others. That shift in mindset changed everything for me.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
If I could give my younger self advice, it would be simple: start investing earlier . Not just money, but time, energy, and focus into things that build long-term value. Learn how money works, how media works, and how to make both work for you.
And just as important; care way less about what other people think. Most people’s opinions are projections of their own limitations. Chasing approval is a distraction; chasing purpose is power. The sooner you stop seeking validation and start building your vision, the faster everything falls into place.
Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? Is the public version of you the real you?
The public version of me is definitely a heightened, exaggerated version of who I am. It’s something I learned to dial up working in reality TV and media. It’s strategic, it’s entertaining, and it serves a purpose. But it’s not the whole picture.
People who know me personally always say, “You’re not at all like I expected.” I’m actually way more grounded, focused, and even low-key in real life. Social media shows the sizzle, not the substance. The real me is building, learning, mentoring, and constantly evolving. The public version just makes sure you don’t scroll past it.
Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. If you knew you had 10 years left, what would you stop doing immediately?
If I knew I had 10 years left to live, I’d immediately stop wasting time on anything that doesn’t align with my purpose or bring me peace. No more entertaining fake relationships, small talk, or situations that drain my energy. I’d stop trying to explain myself to people committed to misunderstanding me.
I’d double down on creating, traveling, loving harder, and being fully present; because at that point, every day becomes too valuable to live anything less than fully awake. This is basically what I’ve already done with my life.
