Story & Lesson Highlights with Karyna Trygubchak (Karina More) of Irvine

We recently had the chance to connect with Karyna Trygubchak (Karina More) and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Karyna , thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
The first 90 minutes of my day are dedicated to my body.
I start with a glass of warm water, simple morning care, then gentle movement and breathing practices to wake up the system. Only after that — a nourishing, calm breakfast.
This routine sets my nervous system and energy for the entire day.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Karina — a wellness educator and movement specialist focused on how the body truly works under stress, fatigue, and modern life.
My work sits at the intersection of biomechanics, fascia, breathing, posture, and the nervous system.

I don’t teach workouts. I work with restoration — helping people release chronic tension, improve internal circulation, and rebuild a natural connection with their bodies. Much of my focus is on deep systems often ignored: the diaphragm, pelvic floor, and body alignment as one integrated structure.

Over the years, I’ve built a global community through educational programs and courses that emphasize awareness over force, consistency over intensity, and physiology over trends. My approach is calm, precise, and grounded in how the human body adapts — not how it’s pushed.

Right now, my work is centered on creating systems that help people feel stable, resilient, and at home in their bodies again — especially in a world that constantly pulls us out of balance.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
My husband saw me clearly before I could see myself.
He noticed my strengths, knowledge, and abilities long before I fully recognized them. He often reminded me that what I know matters and that sharing it could truly help others.
Through his steady support and trust, I slowly grew into a clearer understanding of who I am and what I’m meant to do.

What have been the defining wounds of your life—and how have you healed them?
The deepest wound of my life was the loss of a sense of safety.
Safety in the world itself.

I witnessed two wars with my own eyes — one local, in the region where I was born and lived, and later a full-scale war in my country. I saw how fragile systems are, how unreliable politics and structures can be, and how quickly the illusion of stability disappears.

It was a moment of deep disappointment and loss. But at the same time, it gave me clarity. I understood that despite circumstances, we create our own reality. We can live by someone else’s script — or we can choose ourselves.

That’s when I truly realized that my life is in my hands. The loss of external safety became the place where I found my inner strength — and the ability to build my own world, consciously and independently.

Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes — absolutely.
Authenticity is fundamental to me because I deeply value the trust of my audience. What I share online is not a curated image — it’s my real life.

I truly live the way I speak about. I actually start my mornings with movement and breathing. I genuinely prioritize nourishing, balanced food. And I’m also honest about enjoying sweets — without guilt or pretending otherwise.

I don’t use filters, retouching, or heavy makeup. What people see on screen is who they meet in real life. I often meet my followers, and it’s important to me that there is no gap between expectation and reality.

Honesty with my audience begins with honesty with myself. For me, this is not a branding choice — it’s the foundation of everything I do.

Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: What do you understand deeply that most people don’t?
I understand how deeply the modern system disconnects people from their bodies.
We live in a world that constantly sells solutions and promotes consumer thinking, while overlooking the most important resource we have — our body.

Many people don’t realize that the body is not just a shell. It is the main source of energy, strength, clarity, and stability. When someone lives in a weak, inflamed, or constantly swollen body, it becomes difficult to create, to make clear decisions, or to truly lead their own life.

We are deeply shaped by what we eat, how we move, how we breathe, and how we care for ourselves. The body is the home of the soul — and it requires attention, respect, and responsibility.

This understanding is the foundation of my work and my platform. I’m grateful to have the opportunity and reach to remind people that real power begins with taking care of the body they live in.
