We’re looking forward to introducing you to Chelsea Morgan. Check out our conversation below.
Chelsea, a huge thanks to you for investing the time to share your wisdom with those who are seeking it. We think it’s so important for us to share stories with our neighbors, friends and community because knowledge multiples when we share with each other. Let’s jump in: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
The first 90 minutes of my day are all about slowing down and connecting back to myself before the world gets loud. I’m a big slow-morning person. I’ll ice roll my face, do a quick lymphatic drainage massage, bounce on my mini trampoline to get my lymph flowing, and then step outside for some sunlight. Coffee comes after that, and I protect that moment! No emails, no calls, just quiet time to regulate my nervous system and set the tone for the day. I’ve learned that when I start my mornings grounded instead of reactive, everything else in my day (my business, my workouts, my creativity) flows from a much calmer, more aligned place.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m a holistic nutritionist, wellness coach, and content creator passionate about helping women feel safe, strong, and confident in their bodies again. Through my programs and online community, I teach women how to balance their hormones, reduce inflammation, and build a healthier relationship with food and movement without extremes. My brand blends science-backed nutrition with nervous system regulation, because real transformation starts with feeling grounded, not stressed.
Outside of coaching, I also do UGC (user-generated content) for wellness and lifestyle brands I genuinely love… everything from skincare and supplements to fitness and recovery tools. It’s been such a fun extension of my work because it lets me bring education and authenticity into brand partnerships. Right now, I’m focused on expanding my online programs, deepening my creative collaborations, and continuing to build a space that helps women feel like the most regulated, radiant version of themselves.
Okay, so here’s a deep one: What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
In 2019, I was in a car accident that completely changed the way I see the world. I was hit on the freeway, my car flipped twice, and I had to be pulled out after it landed upside down. The police told me they didn’t expect to find anyone alive when they arrived and hearing that changed everything for me. It forced me to slow down, reevaluate what actually matters, and pay attention to the way I was living, thinking, and treating my body. It was the beginning of my healing journey… physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This is why I’m so passionate about nervous system regulation and helping others reconnect to safety in their own bodies.
That experience taught me that life can shift in an instant, and that peace and presence are the most valuable things we can cultivate.
When did you stop hiding your pain and start using it as power?
I stopped hiding my pain when I realized that what I was ashamed of was actually what connected me most to others. There was a time when I felt incredibly insecure. I didn’t feel strong in my body, I was ‘skinny-fat,’ lacked confidence, and definitely didn’t see myself as a leader. The idea of showing that side of me publicly on social media felt terrifying. But the moment I started sharing my story – the struggles, the insecurities, and the work it took to heal – I realized how many women were silently feeling the same way. That honesty built trust, and that trust became the foundation of my business. Turning my pain into purpose showed me that leadership isn’t about perfection … it’s about resonance, and helping others see what’s possible for them too.
Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. Is the public version of you the real you?
I am actually super enthusiastic to say, yes! The public version of me is the real me, but it’s the regulated version. The one who’s done the work to find peace in her body, who’s learned how to share from a healed place instead of a hurting one. What people see online is genuinely me.. because I pride myself on keeping it real. I talk about my faith, my routines, my coaching, and my own struggles but it’s also curated through intention. I think it’s possible to be authentic and still have boundaries. The real me is the same woman who’s ice rolling her face, laughing with clients, and having quiet moments offline. What you see online is just the highlight reel of the woman I’ve become through that work
Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: If you knew you had 10 years left, what would you stop doing immediately?
Honestly, being on my phone so much is something I really struggle with. So much of what I do…. editing, posting, responding, creating content, revolves around my phone, and I’m proud to say I’m not a doom scroller, but I’m still attached to a screen for most of the day. I know how much more grounded and present I feel when I’m off of it. I crave more time to just be, to really listen, to sit in silence, to connect without needing to document it. My goal is to find a healthier rhythm where I can still show up fully for my audience and my business, but not at the expense of being present in my real life. That’s the balance I’m constantly working on.
