Hi Sophie, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I have always loved baking and helping my mom cook in the kitchen. During the Covid pandemic, I was trying to come up with creative recipes. I came up with my Gluten-Free Granola recipe after trying to use a variety of different ingredients. Soon after my family tasted the granola, they encouraged and made me to sell it. I posted it on Facebook and Instagram and quickly got a great response and many orders. Eventually, I began taking orders and delivering weekly. I have sold my bags of granola at boutiques and fundraisers and hope to be selling at a local farmers market very soon.

People have told me that my granola is the best that they have ever tasted. I am very careful to use healthy ingredients it is made with a lot of love.
