Today we’re excited to be connecting with Jane Fresne again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.
Jane, we are so thrilled to be connecting again and can’t wait to hear about all the amazing things you have been up to. Before we jump into all of that, some of our readers might have missed our prior interview, so can you take a moment to reintroduce yourself?
Tell us about yourself and what you do.
I’m a holistic healer and doctor of naprapathy, based in Los Angeles. My passion for natural medicine was instilled in me from childhood. Growing up on my grandparents’ farm in the Everglades, where natural medicine was a way of life, I developed a deep connection to these healing practices. But my journey truly began in 1995, when my daughter’s asthma led me to explore alternative healing methods after allopathic medicine failed her. A treatment from a doctor specializing in NAET completely alleviated her symptoms, inspiring me to change my career and pursue natural medicine full-time.
I became a doctor of naprapathy, specializing in connective tissue alignment and nutrition, and later expanded my practice to include Reiki energy work and shamanic healing. Over the years, I’ve trained with Peruvian shamans, studied various spiritual and healing modalities, and incorporated neurofeedback, Zyto body scans, Evox emotional reframing, and frequency biofeedback into my work both in-person and virtually. I help patients heal on mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual levels and reclaim their vitality.
How did you arrive where you are today? Describe the highlights of your journey.
My journey has not been without challenges, including a debilitating mold illness in 2015. These struggles pushed me to explore environmental health and deepen my focus on how toxins and pathogens affect our well-being, the root of illness. I have since embraced neurofeedback. Neurofeedback, Zyto health scans, Evox, Reiki and frequency healing are transformative tools for healing and I have made these a core part of my practice.
At Longevity LA, where I currently practice in-person, I offer a whole-person approach to healing. I help my patients address trauma, release limiting beliefs, and restore balance through energy work, nutrition, and biofeedback frequency modalities which restore a calm, stable and balanced neural network. Whether treating brain injuries, anxiety, chronic pain, or emotional blockages, my goal is to empower people to heal at the deepest levels.
What sets you apart?
My ability to integrate modern technology with ancient wisdom sets me apart. In a city like Los Angeles, where holistic health is embraced, my practice combines cutting-edge modalities like neurofeedback with time-honored healing techniques, offering a truly comprehensive path to health and well-being. My experience as both a healer and a patient has shaped my understanding of how to guide others through their own journeys of transformation.
Awesome, so we reached out because we wanted to hear all about what you have been up to since we last connected.
Neurofeedback is a constantly evolving and growing field. I am very excited to be a part of a worldwide group that virtually collaborates, teaches and grows every month. Brain imbalance shows up in our lives as sleepless nights, irritability, pain, depression, dizziness, difficulty focusing and remembering, autism/ADD-ADHD, and much more severe illness. To not have rumination, anger or anxiety be the origin of our thoughts is life-altering. This, along with understanding dietary effects on our bodies and releasing energetic imbalance, offers unlimited potential.
Biofeedback and frequency-based healing has also been growing rapidly and creating a different paradigm of one’s healing path. Whereby neurofeedback uses biofeedback for the brain, Zyto – another leader in biofeedback technology – focuses on galvanic response to indicate physical imbalance, also addressing which nutrients will aid the body in clearing toxins and pathogens.
An adjunct modality that Zyto offers is Evox, which reframes emotional blocks detected from voice frequencies missing when speaking about a specific issue. These missing frequencies are re-introduced using the galvanic response. Neurofeedback, biofeedback, and frequency alternatives offer healing options that bypass cognitive thought, allowing a deep and lasting effect.
Alright, so let’s do something a bit more fast-paced and lighthearted. We call this our lightning round and we’ll ask you a few quick questions.
- Favorite Movie: Shake It Off Naturally: Reduce Stress, Anxiety, and Tension with [TRE], David Berceli PhD

Then add 3 heaping tablespoons organic raw cacao powder, 1 teaspoon organic green leaf stevia powder (green powder) to taste, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Add ice and blend.
Life is often about tough choices – can you talk to us about your thought process, strategy or philosophy when it comes to making difficult choices or tradeoffs.
Making difficult life choices often requires deep introspection, as many of our patterns and decision-making tendencies are shaped by the imprints of our childhood experiences. As we grow, the dynamics within our family, particularly how love and communication were expressed, profoundly influence how we approach relationships and handle conflict. If love was framed through blame or judgment, we may unconsciously mirror these patterns in adulthood, seeking out situations that feel familiar, even if they are not healthy.
Recognizing these ingrained paradigms is key to shifting our approach to life and love. By understanding that these unconscious forces guide our actions and choices, we can start to make more conscious decisions that reflect our true desires and values, rather than simply repeating old patterns.
To make more conscious, transformative choices, we must be willing to engage in healing practices that address these deep-seated beliefs. Techniques such as hypnosis, energy healing, neurofeedback, and sound frequency therapy help rewire the brain’s neural pathways, creating new patterns of love, acceptance, and communication outside of what we believe to be true. By utilizing tools from resources like Nonviolent Communication by Marshall Rosenberg and Getting the Love You Want by Harville Hendrix, individuals can begin to shift how they express, receive, and communicate, thereby creating healthier, more fulfilling relationships and seeing themselves in a new light.
On this journey, self-affirmation is vital; recognizing that the process of change itself is an expression of loving oneself. By confronting the emotional imprints from childhood and consciously reframing how we interact with ourselves and others, we can cultivate a life of greater clarity, connection, and healing.
