Rising Stars: Meet Gracee Weinrieb of Sherman Oaks

Today we’d like to introduce you to Gracee Weinrieb.

Gracee Weinrieb

Hi Gracee, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My passion in running and fitness began over 20 years ago. I studied Kinesiology and Education. I taught middle school PE, certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer at LA Fitness and 24 hour fitness. While still running trails and roads. I fell in love with Crossfit. Before my 5am Crossfit class, I would run 3-5 miles. I created a run club geared specifically for working mom and dads, new moms and post partum moms. Eventually, kids, dads and all types of runners filled the space I created! It is beautiful. I would say, my son, Caleb is the driving force and I dedicated my passion. From coaching, Into running and leading incredible athletes… it’s a beautiful time!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road that lead to the success of the run clubs stems from people who support each other.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Im a teacher by day. A runner at night and a mom 24/7.

Any big plans?
It has been a blessing! We have two tin clubs, (Sherman Oaks, las Vegas and DC! I hope to keep growing and inviting people to join in!
