I kicked off my photography journey in 2008, driven by a simple goal: freeze moments worth remembering. Over the years, my lens has become a reliable storyteller, capturing emotions and details often overlooked. Join me as I share glimpses of life, framed and frozen since ’08
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
While my photographic journey has been immensely rewarding, it hasn’t been without its share of challenges. Navigating the ever-evolving technology and staying relevant in a rapidly changing industry has been a persistent struggle. Building a client base and establishing a distinct style took time and perseverance. Additionally, weathering the occasional creative block and overcoming self-doubt were hurdles that tested my resilience. Despite these challenges, each obstacle served as a learning opportunity, shaping me into a more versatile and experienced photographer.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I specialize in the art of capturing life’s cherished moments through wedding and portrait photography, with a particular focus on maternity and family sessions. My work is a reflection of my commitment to freeze the genuine emotions and unique stories that unfold during these significant life milestones. I take pride in creating timeless and emotive imagery that resonates with my clients. What sets me apart is not just the technical proficiency but also the ability to connect with individuals, fostering a comfortable environment that allows their authentic selves to shine through in each photograph. I find immense satisfaction in delivering not just photos but cherished memories that stand the test of time.
We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
Success, to me, transcends mere professional achievements and encompasses a holistic sense of fulfillment and purpose. It’s the satisfaction derived from pursuing one’s passions, making a positive impact on others, and continually evolving both personally and professionally. While tangible accomplishments and recognition are significant, true success lies in finding a balance between career, personal well-being, and meaningful connections. It involves setting and achieving realistic goals, learning from failures, and maintaining a sense of gratitude along the journey. Ultimately, success is a dynamic and individualized concept shaped by a sense of purpose, contentment, and continuous growth.
