Today we’d like to introduce you to Daisy García.
Daisy, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I was born and raised in Panama Central America, my dream was to come to the United States to work When I got here I learn how to speak English and I am here working every day towards my goals and I love my job. The best thing that ever happened in my life is being a mother of two boys.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I struggle financially as a mother working three jobs and at the same time taking care of my kids.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am an actor, comedian, and chef, I am known for playing a Hispanic woman on short films. The most proud of is being a mom, I love my kids. I speak Spanish and English and that helps me a lot to get more jobs.
What were you like growing up?
My whole life, I just want to make people laugh and I love having fun with my family and friends. My dream is making comedy, writing, producing, and acting.
