Rising Stars: Meet Brittany Ramos

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brittany Ramos.

Hi Brittany, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I was born and raised in the best city in the world – Los Angeles, CA! I’ve always had a passion for helping others. Growing up, my mother and grandmother instilled in me to put God 1st, love hard, give generously, and forgive always. This is why I am where I am today. I received my bachelor’s degree for International Business from Loyola Marymount University. I spent a majority of my career working for the government. As a child, I always wanted to be a real estate agent, so finally in 2019, I obtained my license. Now I am able to fulfill both my dream and the dreams of my clients.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Currently, it’s a seller’s market, which means there are more buyers than there are homes available to buy. Because of this competitive market, I have experienced some of my clients getting their offers outbid on properties they had their hearts set on. Relaying bad news will always be challenging for me. As a realtor, it is my responsibility to have other options available as a new plan A, however, with limited supply, it’s sometimes difficult.

I help make dreams happen! I’m here to help you buy or sell your home. I’m not just a real estate agent, but I’m a realtor which means I’m held to a higher ethical standard by the Association of Realtors. I offer superior personalized service before, during, and after your transaction. I am professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and I’m committed to helping you with all of your real estate goals. I specialize in helping first-time home buyers. I link them to homebuyer programs while holding their hand through the entire process. I listen carefully to their dreams and then hone in on just the right place for them and their family. Additionally, I help with investment properties. If you’re looking to buy multiple units that will generate you income and build generational wealth, I’m here to help with that too! Remember, landlords grow rich in their sleep! Lastly, I specialize in selling properties. I conduct detailed market analysis to ensure your home sells for the highest price. My services also include staging and a huge marketing campaign to get the word out about your property in order for it to sell fast!

Ultimately, the goal for both my buyers and my sellers is to get them exactly what they want and to get and keep the most money in their pockets! I am most proud of the fact that I am in a position to help others with their huge personal achievement of buying and selling their home. I take this task to heart. Knowing that a home is where so much love and memories will be had, it brings me the utmost joy. I think what sets me apart from others is that I go the extra mile with my quality service. I treat others how I want to be treated, so it’s easy for me to work the late nights and early mornings to make a transaction happen. I am very professional, patient and love what I do. I am just as excited as my clients are! I pride myself with having their best interest at heart. Yes it’s business, but I take it personal!

Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
My advice to anyone looking to start out in real estate, or anything else for that matter, is to just do it! Start somewhere! Don’t procrastinate! Put dates on the calendars and stick to them. Educate yourself and get around like-minded people who will motivate you to keep going! When you figure out your “why” it helps keep the fire burning! For real estate in particular, I recommend joining a team when you just start out, that way you can have all the support you need and it helps lessen the learning curve.
