Hi Ashly, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I kicked off my business in August 2023 when I stumbled across a mini pancake machine locally. I had never seen anything like it and thought it was the coolest thing ever! With three pancake loving sons at home, a light bulb went off. Being a stay at home mom for 8 years, I had this strong urge to take the leap of faith and start my own business. I started ordering supplies which then led to selling outside my mom’s house and sure enough started getting some events to cater! 8 months in, and I have met such amazing people, became and LLC and member of my city’s chamber. I’m so thankful to have taken that leap for myself and my family.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Being a mom of 3 young boys, (8, 5, and 1 years old) definitely hasn’t been easy trying to juggle school drops offs, sports, taking care of myself, the house, and marriage on top of building my business. There have been late nights, early mornings, lots of coffee and sheer determination to get to where I am now, and I’m still not done! 🙂

We bring our cute cart, make our mini pancakes on site so they are nice and fresh, and your guests get to choose from a variety of toppings, syrups and ice cream! It’s an awesome experience and even sweeter dessert. Our menu is fully customizable and we match your theme with our special custom forks or little touches-like your favorite topping to add to the pancakes.
What I’m most proud of is making my kids and husband proud. For a long time, I struggled with finding myself and my passion where I could let my creativity flow. Being able to show my family what mommy can do and that hard work always pays off is what gives me motivation to keep moving forward. Being an example to other moms who may feel lost or struggle with PPD, just know you are not alone!
What sets us apart from others is how we make our customers feel special and in charge. Not only do we put our love and heart into our pancakes, but we make sure our guests feel like we took the time to make their event memorable with our customizable options. Our professionalism when we are there serving you, is always going to be top notch as well. We dont skimp on ingredients and buy only the best quality items.
Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
My favorite childhood memory would definitely be playing competitive soccer and traveling with my teammates and family. Soccer has always been a passion of mine and has shaped me into the person I am today.
