Rising Stars: Meet Adi Glover of Beverly Hills

Today we’d like to introduce you to Adi Glover.

Hi Adi, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I was born in St. Petersburg, Florida, and grew up in performing arts school studying musical theater. By the end of 10th grade, I realized that while I loved music, I saw myself more as a businessman. So in 11th and 12th grade, I enrolled in an early college program while still staying active in high school—I was president of the National Honor Society, competed in business competitions, and stayed involved in several clubs.

I went on to study marketing and management at university in Miami and ended up staying there for about 10 years. I got my first corporate job before I even graduated. But by 2019, I started to feel unfulfilled. I found myself pulled back into entertainment. At the time, my girlfriend and best friend were both models, and as I watched them get booked for gigs, I realized I could do it too—not as a model, but behind the scenes. I was surrounded by models and creatives, and I had the business background, so I started Panorama Entertainment LLC—booking talent for music videos, commercials, throwing parties, and creating content.

But shortly after launching, the pandemic hit and everything came to a stop. When the world went quiet, I reconnected with my first love—music. I released my first EP Close Friends, and it was the most fun I’d had in years. While still working my corporate job (which was draining me gray), I realized I was meant to be in entertainment full-time.

So on February 1, 2023, I moved to LA—left my job, my friends, and family—to build this vision God planted in my head and in my heart. I started out doing background acting just to get on sets and meet people. My first goal was to use my casting experience from Miami to break into production. I’d book background gigs, then network on set with line producers and let them know I was a casting agent looking to join a production team.

In March 2023, I was booked as BG on what turned out to be a Manny Halley production. I did my usual networking and spent the next three months following up. By July, I was invited into the office—and I haven’t left since. I began casting for Manny’s productions, then eventually moved into the role of Music Supervisor, selecting and clearing records for his films and TV shows.

But that was only the first step. I still work with Manny, and I love the work—but my bigger vision has always been 3Key Track House. I’m an Executive Producer, an A&R, and a songwriter. My dream is to build the leading music collective in the world. I want to identify new talent, provide the structure and resources to help them master their craft, and share their work with the world.

I want to help give the world some of the best records ever heard—and make sure artists with that “something special” actually get a chance to do what they were born to do. Everything I’m building—3Key Track House, 3Key Radio, the playlists, content, the studio—is designed to amplify incredible mainstream music while shining a spotlight on the next-up artists the world needs to hear.

We just launched Track House, my studio, where I’m building a team of producers, engineers, artists, songwriters, blog editors, and tastemakers who align with this vision. You’ve caught me in a moment of building—but trust, this is just the beginning.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
That’s an interesting question because looking back, I can definitely remember moments of feeling stuck, underprepared, outnumbered, or just lost in the process. But truthfully, I can’t recall many specific instances—and the ones I do remember, I often look at now and think, “That wasn’t even that bad.”

The truth is, I believe God made me for this. So no matter what comes my way, I’m equipped to handle it. And more importantly—He is greater than everything I could ever face. So with that in mind, I’ve come to understand that it’s supposed to be hard. Growth doesn’t come easy, and purpose isn’t always comfortable.

But the challenges are not what stick with me. What I remember most is who He is, who I am, and how gratitude and joy always rise to the surface. That’s what stays with me at the end of the day—not the difficulty, but the divine direction that carried me through it.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m an Executive Producer, A&R, songwriter, and Music Supervisor—in short, a music exec. And since this is LA, of course, I wear a few different hats, haha.

I work with Manny Halley as a music supervisor, where I’m responsible for selecting and clearing records for his films and TV shows. It’s a role I really enjoy because it allows me to fuse my creative instincts with my business background.

Beyond that, I run a music business called 3Key Track House. It’s made up of a production collective, a radio-style content platform, and a studio. At its core, 3Key is about bridging the gap between mainstream hip-hop and R&B fans and the underground artists the world needs to hear. Every piece of content we produce—whether it’s playlists, interviews, studio sessions, or live events—is curated with that mission in mind.

Our collective also creates music for film, TV, and for consumer release. But what really sets us apart is the intentionality behind everything we do. We don’t just make content—we build community. We don’t just look for what’s hot—we look for what’s special. I’m proud of the culture we’re creating and the doors we’re opening for emerging artists to be heard, respected, and paid.

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
I’d say it’s my unique blend of business acumen and artistry. At my core, I’m a creative—I was born one. But over the years, I’ve learned how to be a businessman, and I’ve let that side take the front seat.

My two strongest talents are identifying talent and executing, and I think that combination is especially valuable in the entertainment industry. A lot of incredible artists aren’t necessarily wired for the business side of things—or for execution—and that’s no shade at all. We’re all built to play different roles.

I believe my blend of creative and strategic thinking makes me the perfect person to team up with gifted artists and help them bring their vision to life. It’s not about doing it for them—it’s about helping them do it at the level they deserve, and getting their art out into the world in the biggest way possible.
