Today we’d like to introduce you to Aaron Mostow.
Hi Aaron, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My entrepreneurial journey started back in elementary school—cutting up cucumbers, sprinkling them with Paprika, and selling them to classmates at recess. I didn’t know it then, but I was already learning the hustle. My hustle has evolved over the years—from running a clothing line and producing music for TV, to managing talent, developing film and television projects, and now, guiding people through buying and selling real estate. Each chapter—whether it was fashion, music, film, talent management, or real estate—has been driven by the same foundation: hard work and a passion to express creativity.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road was definitely not smooth, but the twists and turns made for one exciting drive. One of my biggest challenges has been managing an overflow of ideas—learning to prioritize the ones with the greatest potential to execute. Like many artists, I’ve wrestled with the uncertainty—the hope of breaking through, and the determination to rise above.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
After managing the music duo Epikker and helping resolve a high-profile copyright dispute involving The Weeknd and his hit “Call Out My Name,” I made a natural transition into real estate. I joined The Haft Group at Rodeo Realty, continuing a family tradition—my grandmother was a real estate investor, and my father, a longtime agent. It felt right to me in ways.
Before that, I founded Catapult World, a creative media company. We’re now developing a feature film represented by WME—a lifelong dream to write and produce that’s finally becoming a reality. I’m fully embracing the journey.
What I’m most proud of is having the resilience to never give up, and the freedom to pursue my dreams on my own terms.
I don’t think talent is what sets people apart—we all have potential. What really makes the difference is having the guts to chase something you can’t see yet, but know is there.
Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
My advice is to stay inspired—learn from those you admire, but always add your own original flavor. Travel often. Explore new cultures, ideas, and perspectives. That’s where real growth happens. And remember, it’s okay to fail—failure is often the best teacher. Stay true to who you are, trust the process, and above all, let your intuition be your guide. That inner voice knows the way, even when the path isn’t clear.
