Hi Michael, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What do you think is misunderstood about your business? 
People tend to have a negative connotation towards lawyers because they think they’re always out to get them or something of the sorts. However, it is not until someone needs a lawyer and they realize how valuable their services are to them that they appreciate us and see how helpful we can be in their time of need.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I am the founding attorney of Loghmana Law Firm, PLC , a personal injury firm. We help clients that have been injured due to
someone else’s negligence get the compensation they deserve and more importantly get their lives back on track. We understand that dealing with the legal system can be a stressful and difficult experience and our firm does everything to make that experience as easy as possible. We know this is a stressful time in a client’s life and we believe that when a client hires a lawyer, that client deserves the full attention of their lawyer. I have represented a multitude of accident victims resulting in a plethora of successful settlements, mediations, arbitrations and trials and have recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for my clients. I have a proven track record and have recovered favorable compensation for his clients who have been wrongly injured in a variety of cases. I feel like the personal attention I give each client and their case makes me stand out from other attorneys.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: What was your earliest memory of feeling powerful?
My earliest memory of feeling powerful was winning my very first hearing as a new attorney — standing in court, advocating for my client, and realizing that my words and preparation could truly change someone’s life. It was the moment I knew I’d found my calling.

What’s something you changed your mind about after failing hard?
After a tough loss early in my career, I changed my mind about the idea that hard work alone guarantees success. I learned that strategy, patience, and knowing when to pivot are just as important as effort.

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. Is the public version of you the real you?
Pretty much — what you see is what you get. I might be a bit more polished at work than at a backyard barbecue, but the passion, humor, and drive are the same either way.

Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. If you retired tomorrow, what would your customers miss most?
They’d probably miss having someone who genuinely cares and fights for them like family. I’m relentless when it comes to getting justice for my clients — and I think they feel that every step of the way.
