Today we’d like to introduce you to Yanita Esqao
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I am Armenian by heritage but was born and raised in Moscow after my family had to leave their homeland. Growing up, I explored many paths, but it was in hairstyling that I truly found my passion. I built a successful career in Moscow, working with celebrities, private clients, and top industry professionals. My work was highly sought after, and I felt deeply fulfilled by the artistry and transformation I could bring to people’s lives.
However, life had other plans. Seeking new opportunities and stability for my family, I moved to Los Angeles, where I continue my journey both as a professional hairstylist and as a content creator. My experience in the beauty industry, combined with my love for storytelling, naturally led me to blogging. Today, my content reaches millions—several of my videos have over 20-25 million views. Through my blog, I share my experiences, my vision, and my energy, inspiring others to embrace their femininity, confidence, and personal growth.
For me, beauty is not just about appearance—it’s a language of self-expression. I believe every woman has an innate power that can be nurtured and refined. Being graceful, charismatic, sensual, and confident are all qualities we can cultivate. This philosophy shapes both my content and my work as a hairstylist.
Alongside blogging, my role as a hairstylist remains an essential part of who I am. I document behind-the-scenes moments on my second page, sharing the magic of bridal transformations, editorial shoots, and the creative process behind each look. There is something incredibly special about being part of a bride’s journey—witnessing the joy and confidence in her eyes when she sees herself in the mirror. That feeling is irreplaceable, and it’s what drives me to continue growing in this field.
Ultimately, my journey is about showing women that they can balance personal growth, career ambitions, and family life while still feeling beautiful, confident, and empowered. Whether through my hairstyling, my blog, or my personal experiences, I want to inspire others to embrace their own path, unapologetically and authentically.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but I believe that challenges shape us into who we are meant to be. My journey has been full of transitions—both personal and professional. Moving to a new country, starting over, and building my career from scratch in a completely different environment was one of the biggest challenges I’ve faced. In Moscow, I had an established name as a hairstylist, a strong clientele, and financial stability. Coming to Los Angeles meant stepping into the unknown, rebuilding my reputation, and proving myself all over again.
Another challenge was balancing my personal life with my career. Becoming a wife and mother at a young age brought immense joy but also required a lot of personal growth. Navigating motherhood while pursuing my passions forced me to become more disciplined, patient, and resilient. There were moments of self-doubt, times when I felt like I had to choose between my family and my ambitions, but I’ve learned that with the right mindset, you don’t have to choose—you can create your own balance.
Adapting to a new culture, building connections, and growing my brand in a highly competitive industry has been demanding, but it has also been incredibly rewarding. My content creation journey took off in unexpected ways, with some of my videos reaching millions of views, but that success didn’t come overnight. It required constant learning, evolving, and pushing past fears of failure.
Through all of it, I’ve realized that success isn’t about avoiding struggles—it’s about how you navigate them. I embrace every challenge as a lesson and an opportunity to grow, and I hope to inspire others to do the same.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I wear multiple hats, but at my core, I am a beauty creator, a professional hairstylist, and an influencer. My work revolves around showcasing beauty in all its forms—whether it’s through styling a bride on the most special day of her life or creating content that empowers women to embrace their femininity, confidence, and personal growth.
As a hairstylist, I specialize in bridal and editorial styling. I have worked with private clients, celebrities, and high-end brands, crafting elegant, effortless, and timeless hairstyles that enhance natural beauty. I also run a dedicated page where I share behind-the-scenes moments from my work, from creating bridal transformations to collaborating on fashion shoots. What sets me apart is my ability to not just style hair but to tell a story through every look I create. I don’t just work with hair—I create emotions, enhance self-expression, and help women feel their most beautiful selves.
Beyond hairstyling, I’ve built a strong personal brand as a content creator. My social media presence has grown rapidly, with some of my videos reaching 20-25 million views, which speaks to the engagement and connection I have with my audience. My content is centered around beauty, self-care, and lifestyle, but more importantly, it’s about showing women that they can be everything they dream of—mothers, professionals, creatives, and powerful individuals—all at once.
I am most proud of the impact my work has had on other women. Whether it’s a bride tearing up after seeing herself in the mirror or a follower reaching out to say my journey has inspired her to embrace her own beauty, those moments make everything I do worthwhile.
What truly sets me apart is my approach—I merge high-end hairstyling expertise with authentic storytelling. My work isn’t just about aesthetics; it’s about energy, transformation, and empowerment. I strive to create beauty that isn’t just seen but felt, and that’s what makes my journey so fulfilling.
Before we go, is there anything else you can share with us?
Absolutely! If there’s one message I’d love to share, it’s the importance of embracing your journey and allowing yourself to evolve. Success isn’t about a perfect plan—it’s about resilience, passion, and staying true to yourself.
In this challenging time, I believe it’s more important than ever to share love, kindness, and light with those around us. Whether through beauty, creativity, or simple acts of care, we all have the power to make the world a little brighter. Let’s lift each other up and never stop growing together!
