

Today we’d like to introduce you to William Hernandez.
William, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
As a real estate agent at Keller Williams Los Feliz, I had multiple clients ask me after a sale if I knew of a reputable management company that I could refer them to manage their new property and I saw the opportunity of engaging in a new business so I decided to get my broker’s license and open a property management company.
It has not been easy since there are many companies around the downtown area but my main mission has been to provide the best customer service possible since most companies have a bad reputation on that aspect of business.
I have now been in business for almost four years and my company is constantly growing.
Thanks to all my clients who have signed up with us and still part of our company and to any agents who have referred us business, they are a big part of our success.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It was rough at the beginning because we were a new business and almost no one knew about us. I did get some clients right away but it was only enough to cover expenses so I hired a marketing company to create some marketing materials for me and that helped a lot.
Now, we get people even from other states asking for our services which is nice.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Aspire Property Management – what should we know?
We manage every kind of property that can be rented. That includes single family homes, condominiums, vacation homes, retail and commercial space, HOA communities and multifamily buildings and we are opening a Airbnb division soon which will take care of short term rentals.
We are known for being a thriving company that uses the latest technology to make landlords and tenants lives a lot more smooth by implementing services that will make the most out of owner’s investment but also make tenant’s stay a smooth experience.
I am very proud of how we handle our clients. We make everyone a priority no matter what their situation is and we handle problems and find solutions as fast as possible by using a very extensive network of vendors and resources that we have acquired throughout the years we have been in business.
What sets us apart from other companies is that we don’t look at clients as just that, a client, we try to establish a lifelong relationship with everyone and treat everyone as family and not just another client.
Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
Being honest and doing everything in our power to comply with rules and regulations. Our job is not only to oversee the operation of a property but to make sure we look out for everyone’s wellbeing by providing high standards of living.
In other words, we put ourselves in our tenant’s shoes and figure out what we need to do to make them stay at our properties and have a good renting experience.
Pricing:
- 5% of total monthly rent with a minimum of $250 for 4 units or less
- 5% of total monthly rent with a minimum of $350 for multifamily or apartment buildings
- 5% of total monthly rent with a minimum of $150 for condominiums
