Today we’d like to introduce you to Vincent Devaud CFC., MDT.
Vincent, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I can meet in LA in the mid 80’s after graduating from EPSIC College of Dental Technology and later a two years master in Switzerland. To further my studies on Dental technology in other words how to master the latest aesthetic techniques for the smile design at the time. My interest was to provide more for the Dentist and the patient then was offered at the time! I became involved in facial photography and what I refer as aesthetic and emotional Dentistry. Largely lacking to this day!
In the early 1990’s I focused on the study of the much needed natural facial aesthetic smile under the famous Doctor Charlie Pincus finder of the facial aesthetic movement in the early 50’s known as the only Dentist in the world providing smile enhancement to the Hollywood stars and dignitaries of the world. And founder of the prestigious AAED American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry considered to this day as the most advanced and prestigious elite American Dental Academy. Many Hollywood stars came for smile consultation and treatment!

Yet a bit too symmetrical and perfectly white to my taste if I may humbly say so.
Many people shared them concerns and fears to undergo this sort of dental treatment known as the Hollywood Smile!!!
I then focused on what I refer as the evident of beauty!
What is sexy and beautiful?
Well my answer is simple embracing individualism rather than a fake looking smile generated from a left brain mind vs an artist impulse and organic considerations. The focus and purpose of my aim to create true natural beauty became crystal clear!
Facial analyses known as Visagism and or physiognomy along with skin tone and facial dynamic skin tone became my passion!
I now offer unique consulting facial boutique services to patients in the Beverly Hills Triangle. Providing custom smile solutions to rejuvenate them based on their budget and goals in mind.
Essentially a new unique facial service combining facial analyses focusing on the patient organic goal and not financial gain.
Patients come from around the world to review their smile options prior to engage in a traditional old fashion dental treatment approach.
Knowledge is a powerful tool and this new trend is just the start of smart Dental treatment alternative!
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Going against the norm is never easy! Yet tenacity and focus provide opportunity and open new venues! I prefer uniqueness then the norm.
