Today we’d like to introduce you to Vanessa Hernandez.

Healing is in Vanessa’s blood. Literally. It’s why she loves to do what she does. Vanessa comes from a family of healers, and sharing that gift with her clients so they can feel beautiful inside and out is her passion in life. Her natural ability allows her to identify and fix issues regardless of how unique or distinctive they may be.

Vanessa’s facials are result driven. Addressing skin issues with several different machines and treatments combined, to give each client a customized facial.

Vanessa was taught and mentored by NYC skin guru Dangene Enterprise. She was Dangene’s protégé, working bicoastal with clients in both LA and NYC on a weekly basis. Her extensive training and unique skillset enable her to utilize the most innovative technology. This level of experience, combined with her inherent talent for healing, allows Vanessa to help anyone’s skin radiate their natural light from within.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
The path to starting and running my own business has always been interesting but definitely fun. It has been filled with several long days and crazy hours. Luckily, I’ve been blessed with incredible clients who make it all worth it. Each person has a story, life experience, or random knowledge that they share with me, and through them I learn something new each and every day.

My biggest challenge was making the decision to expand on my own. In the past, I had been presented with opportunities to team up alongside talented individuals as business partners. Taking the leap on my own, was outside of my comfort zone on so many levels. With the support of my loyal clients and especially my father as my cheerleader, real estate broker, contractor, designer, dad of the year etc. I can now say that I absolutely love my business in Brentwood.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
Taxes are the worst. I would have started off with the right bookkeeper, accountant and financial planner.
