About us is simply about you! It is about bringing you sizzling Indian food packed with “Zaika” (flavor) straight from the heartland of Indian Cinema “Bollywood” to Hollywood. It is a rejuvenating way of how spice and aroma enriched Indian food is prepared, served and consumed for quick and easy satiation.
Hailing from the background of hospitality, restaurateur Addi Decosta of Addi’s Tandoor @ Redondo Beach and Urvi Radia, a consulting homeopath who has a passion and a long cherished dream of working in food industry, realized the need to accustom the consumer with intricate spices, curries and flavors, presented with simple, short but customizable choices.
Together Addi and Urvi have teamed up to bring life to Bollywood Zaika, where an array of fresh ingredients to grounded spices are all exploited to help make the customer indulge in a delish cuisine effortlessly. From fresh vegetables to lean meats everything at Bollywood Zaika echoes all things Indian. Has it been a smooth road?
The switch was challenging but very inspiring. Addi being in the industry is always a handful of resources and an inspiration during challenging times. We are relatively new so getting used to the fast food industry and trying our best to provide healthy Indian food without compromising taste.

To be able to provide healthy Indian meal options and bringing some unique dishes from local streets of Mumbai is our specialty.

How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
A vision that inspired us to start the first Bollywood Zaika- will not be complete until we satisfy many around the city may be country:)
