Today we’d like to introduce you to Tyriek Murphy.
Tyriek, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
The journey I have taken to this point has been an interesting path. It has taken five schools, nine employers, five different career fields, and one ultimate decision that have lead me to where I need and want to be, for the sake of having a meaningful and/or completed life.
I started with a vision of being the best society has ever encountered. The vision progressed into my mission which led to the formation of Murphy Enterprise Solutions (MES). However, with those two foundational facets, the fuel that feeds them is the deep internal passion to succeed and create history as my historical grandfather did in his lifetime. Every step or success moment I achieve in my process puts me one step closer to obtaining the overall fixed-goal of being one modern era’s most prominent business minds.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
The challenges in which I have surmounted and continue to face, from time-to-time, our new clientele wondering if Murphy Enterprise Solutions (MES), and all it offers or sponsors, is the perfect choice for their essential needs. MES, not being a familiar name as other business brands, has increasingly grown its reputation to the point where we have provided products to customers from the West to the East Coast.
As any business owner can relate and elaborate, the first initial years of a business success will be based solely on society needing and/or wanting the uniqueness your organization can deliver. So naturally, the ongoing obstacle I endure is making sure I am accurately leading an entity that can provide a service or product society will adore and spread the word about.

Murphy Enterprise Solutions (MES) was formulated, in 2016, by myself, who felt the urge to contribute to civilization’s economic structure while simultaneously enhancing society’s need for accelerated business and/or personal service(s).
Keeping this fact in mind, MES has ventured among multiple areas to accommodate client demands. MES will ascertain quality deliverance through four (4) branches of services. Services Include: MES provides entertainment products (historical biography book), Business Consulting, Sponsorship platform for Murphnetti Fashions, and Environmental Services coming soon. These essential fields are guaranteed to be commonly utilized by society, specifically MES clientele. As this entity’s Chief Executive Officer, I oversee a highly diverse organization team with a prestigious education to match. All of MES Team has graduate-level credentials making this entity a perfectly progressing powerhouse.
Despite establishing a branch in New York, MES has projections of expanding throughout the West Coast and a long-term goal of being international.
MES overall expansion will derive from the entity’s enormously effective & efficient five (5) P concept. In which, they are: Providing, Punctual, Persuasive, Protective, and Professional.
What were you like growing up?
The journey began on February 5, 1982, as a young kid growing up; I never was an adolescent that found a way into trouble or hazardous situations.
My academic career began at Public School 13. The school was a decent institution, which had its share of highs and lows. Through grades K to six, I learned how important having an education can be and where I would be without it.
The next stop was I.S. 281. It was at this school, I developed a wild side, mainly because this was the first time I could change classes and interact with other people outside of my primary class. After coming to my senses, with the help of a “few” detention periods, I was back on course and moving ahead to the next challenge known as high school.
Lafayette H.S., in my eyes, was the beginning of the end. After successfully completing all previous schools, I was under the impression this phase was all I needed to be accomplished, before I could say “I’m done “. I began to involve myself in school activities (events and sports) and realized the final step would be college.
Over nearly the next two decades, I acquired my Undergraduate Degree at the College of New Rochelle and my Graduate Degree at Alfred University. It was during the Alfred Commencement Ceremony, I realized my unique ability to motivate, lead, and keen business sense.
The decision was made to formulate an organization in with I can utilize all my attributes and simultaneously provide to modern civilization.
