Meet Ty Spellman of FLYSTRATEGY ACADEMY LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ty Spellman.

Hi Ty, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My entrepreneurial journey started in New York City during my college days. I would attend class during the day and I would head to the club to host events and quickly realized I needed to turn this passion into a business. I graduated College & later I joined the construction Carpenters Union in NYC Local 926 all while still party promoting and hosting event for the LGBTQ & Straight scenes. I started connecting with a lot people in different industries just wanting to enjoy their night and have a good time. I had to define who FLYTYTHEPROMOTER was outside of the Nightlife scene and start focusing on my affiliations, I met an individual who was into Network Marketing and thats when I started to merge the TURN UP & THE EARN UP.

My goal was to bring the same energy and fun people felt in the nightlife scene and merge it into anything I did AND IT WORKED!!!

In 2021, I was living in Vegas where I partnered up with Multimillionaire Chad Thompson who Introduced the Foreign Exchange industry and life changed for myself and the people who where around me at the time. I found my niche in this Industry and said it’s time to get rich! I found a way to merge my life as a Promoter & all of the other hats I started to wear together. I wanted to show people that trading isn’t all about being in the room on a computer. You can have your same daily lifestyle and add this additional income to whatever it is that you do. Once word got out that I was actually making money from my phone the people wanted to know HOW DID I DO IT!

I began teaching a few people and they started having success and the demand for my teaching increased which lead me to starting an online Trading Academy, the FLYSTRATEGY ACADEMY LLC.

FLYSTRATEGY ACADEMY LLC was created in 2022 and my mission was clear, I wanted to teach people how to add an additional stream of income ONTOP of what they’re already doing. In the last 3years in business my Academy has been able to create 16 documented 4Figure Traders & 30 documented traders hitting 200 a day. These numbers are big to me because I still consider myself a ROOKIE in the Industry with only 4yrs of experience compared to the GOATs that I learned from & just watch on YouTube. I’m always looking to learn more and challenge myself to be better every day. My Moms always told me when I was a young athlete to “Never take the Elevator to success and take the stairs because I will appreciate the TOP much better”, and she was right. Im enjoying my Journey as a Leader, Coach, and Business Owner. Follow my journey.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Not for a second was this journey easy!! This journey has had so many personal and professional challenges and experiences for me. I am a person who thrives off of healthy relationships Professionally and Personally. So my challenges along the way was wanting to have the life I dreamt of but wanting to take everyone with me along the way. I realized this was solo mission and God gave me the skill to learn and master it alone and that meant disconnecting from a lot of unhealthy relationships to be able to have the strength to deal with different personalities of all walks of life.

I started to lose the closet people to me along this journey and it took a toll on me in 2024. Instead, of giving up I just sat with myself and asked that big question, DO YOU REALLY WANT THIS LIFE?

The ANSWER was YES. From that day forward I knew that the life I’m in the race for would required these CUTS & BRUISES but how else will a DIAMOND be formed without the pressure and cuts?

We’ve been impressed with FLYSTRATEGY ACADEMY LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
FLYSTRATEGY ACADEMY LLC is an online Trading Academy for individuals with little to no experience wanting to learn how to become a profitable trader inside the Foreign Exchange Market. I created this Academy for different age groups. I have a Youth Academy teaching kids from ages 7-17yrs old, also I have a 12 week Beginners program for Adults who also have little to no experience in trading. Once a student graduates the 12 week program they have access to now have the option to partner up inside our Main Program where I teach the students my personal strategy I created which is the FLYSTRATEGY.

I’m known for the TURN UP & The EARN UP because of my promoter lifestyle and I’m always about getting money with like minded individuals. My passion, love, and dedication is what I think what sets me apart from a lot of Leaders in this industry is my dedication and passion for helping people. It’s a drug for me. I literally love the way it feels when my students call me excited telling me what they learned from me has helped them create businesses, travel the world and create financial freedom for their families, NO BETTER FEELING.

I think my business is doing as good as it is because the students aren’t just here for me or the information they are here for the COMMUNITY. We’ve created a space of safety for beginners and our profitable students. The students become your extended family that you always wanted lol, we’re watching each other grow as Traders and as Women & Men. I also run a H.O.T community which stands for Honest Open & Transparent space, so my students feel comfortable sharing whatever with the community. This is why the Flystrategy Academy is set apart from other Academy spaces out there.

If I had to say what I’m most proud of about the brand’s accomplishments thus far would be the FLYSTRATEGY YOUTH PROGRAM & the consistency that my students have shown for staying with me for three years since the Academy since we opened.

This Academy was built to help anyone from all walks of life add an additional stream of income just incase the current income declines. I represent Multiple Streams of Income and I show you how to make multiple streams using the FLYSTRATEGY.

I offer 1on1 60 minute personal sessions for the students who need more direct and personal training. I hold FREE trading events online & in person in different states and next different countries in the future. Check out my social media for updates

Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
If you are just starting out in the Trading Industry and you have little to NO EXPERIENCE I would recommend find you a community or village of consistent traders. Being around individuals with the same passion and mindset will help your growth as a trader.

I wish I would have took it more serious and not think everyone wants to scam me. I lost a lot of opportunities because I had what we call the P.O.O.R mentality (passing Over Opportunities Repeatedly)
