Today we’d like to introduce you to Traci Berlin.
Hi Traci, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My career as a title insurance rep started 18 years ago working for Ticor Title. I was a server trainer at Pf Changs when I was approached several times to leaving my restaurant job to pursue my new career which is funny because I did not know anything about real estate or insurance I actually thought I was selling tiles. Lol. I couldn’t resist, the pay was awesome. My real estate clients are amazing. I specialize in residential and commercial and refinances anything real estate.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
The only struggles are out of our control. What goes up goes down and makes its way back up. Ex:: Interest rates have definitely gone up.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I sell insurance and I make sure that I provide the best service in our industry I put people before myself and I treat everyone with kindness I go above and beyond. But I’m most proud of, is having amazing people that have been loyal and so wonderful to me over these last almost two decades.
What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
Title insurance will never go away.
