Meet Tesha Smith of Blessed and Abundant Healing Co.

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tesha Smith.

Hi Tesha, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I am a certified Breath Work, Sound Bath, Qi Gong, and Yoga Teacher and have been helping others in wellness, for over seven years. I found meditation when I started experiencing feelings of anxiety and depression. I searched for ways to feel better and was able to heal myself with breathwork and sound. As they say, “the rest is history.” Helping change a person’s sadness to happiness brings me so much joy, and using my gifts to change the frequency of the world – one person at a time – is what matters most to me. I offer Yoga, Sound Bath, Breath Work and QI-Gong classes.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Giving more to myself than I give to others is my biggest challenge. I am so used to making sure everyone else is healed and happy that sometimes I forget sometimes to stop and do the same for myself. Self-prioritization for my wellness modalities is something I’m learning to put more time into daily.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
My spiritual journey journey lead me to create Blessed and Abundant Healing Co. A wellness company offering lifestyle cultivation through classes, spiritual counseling/coaching, home spiritual cleansing, and Sound Bath Instructor Training Certification. I also have lead corporate events for top companies including Savage Fenty, Fabletics and Techstyle Fashion group.

In conjunction with Yoga, Qi- Gong and Pranyama breathing techniques, I use various instruments such as Gongs, chimes, Crystal Singing Bowls, bells, drums and more to provide an immersive experience that transforms your mental, emotional and physical self. One of the largest aspects of my business that separates me from others is that I provide my experience outdoor in nature. Primarily, I teach at Bruce’s Beach Park in Manhattan Beach. Bruce’s Beach is first and only Black-owned Beach in Southern California.

The other thing that makes me unique is the Teepee that I bring to my sessions and the integration of color. Aesthetically I use colorful flowers and my fashion sense is bold, bright and colorful.

I teach one-hour sessions for Yoga/Sound Bath, Breath Work/Sound Bath and Journaling and Sound Bath. Clients can book private, group and virtual sessions.

I’m most proud of transforming people’s pain into purpose and renewing their reason to smile. I love being able to make a change in the world. Helping others gives me a great sense of purpose.

So, before we go, how can our readers or others connect or collaborate with you? How can they support you?
