Today we’d like to introduce you to Olga & Elstile.
Olga, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Elstile is a world recognized company of stylists and makeup artists. We are published at many online and print wedding and fashion resources around the world. We started at 2006 in Russia Moscow. For now we have 3 locations: 2 of them in Russia – in Moscow and Sankt-Peterburg and we work in LA, California.
It was a great job, we were working hard and we are working hard now. But every day we meet a lot of amazing people, talented new stylists, and happy clients. It’s the most important and happiest part of our way. Of course, when you are doing any business you have a lot of decisions you need to make, some of them hard, some of them are new for us and we learn something every day
What are your plans for the future?
Our plans for now is to find more talented stylists here, in La to work with, to grow together. We started provide online education for stylists from all over the world. We want to realize potential of everyone who work with hair and to show them that they can do much more art with hair.
Let’s dig a little deeper into your story. What was the hardest time you’ve had?
There is no point where I can stop and say that I realized all the dreams and my career was going as I wanted to. I think I am always in a process. I have never been satisfied with all I have. My eyes are always in future days, projects and moments. This is my kind of happiness and at the same way my insane. I started with this field when I had two little daughters. They were 3 and 1 years old, so the beginning of my Elstile story was the hardest time when I tried to combine mom’s career and the rest. I had to have a lot of appointments and calls and to be in office a lot. It was very busy and hard time. My husband helped me with everything. But for now I have successful period when I can enjoy work and my family.
