Today we’d like to introduce you to Stephanie Ayala Viruez.
Stephanie, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I’m from S.C Bolivia but since I was nine years old, I have lived in México because of my father’s work. Like any oil engineer we had to experience changes of countries, routines, schools that at the time I rejected at that time; but now I accept and acknowledge that he helped me to forge my strong personality, the power to adapt to everything easily and my passion to travel.
Know and shield me so much for small things to big things. I thank that experience to my parents. A couple of years ago I decided to move to Monterrey, MX. To become independent looking to grow professionally and live the experience outside of Bolivia, for a moment away from my family. This helped me to grow as a professionally person and humanely, with the passage of years between many ups and downs doors opened in which I was given the opportunity to continue traveling for my work in a company, as well as modeling for brands such as hobby up that over time I realized that I really enjoy the fashion mood, beauty, advertising, and photo shoots. I feel that God and the universe always in every place where I was sent me those opportunities on this only that I denied or rejected as in my childhood with traveled for my Dad’s work.
I already reacted, accept and enjoy. Accept more what was my hobby to be the extent of realizing that I opened many things while I put more attention and dedication. I opened my Instagram dedicated to publish brands that I modeled since in each contract I had to publish in my social networks for advertising and photo shoots because in my personal page I was embarrassed to publish that. I started as “Step by Steph” on Instagram. The name was published for my clothing brand begins to sell outfits without having a boutique. Then @8step_by_steph was remaining as mark of my person in digital form like an influencer.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It was not an easy way, it was based on overcoming difficulties more in my profession in a company and my daily life independent starts from zero by my own decision. I feel that the main thing you should stop repeating is: “But it is not easy” because, in reality, nothing is easy and even so you must fight and learn from every problem because we throw them adversities. Look for solutions. Passed why you pass the world is not going to stop for you, so why we have to stop?? Do everything you can with what you have being where you are without affecting comments of other people or family. The most difficult for me was to come away (separated) from my family and can’t go to the parties with my friends.
We’d love to hear more about your work.
I’m a commercial manager in a company and at the same time active on Instagram brands advertising, digital content creator and giving psychology tips every week for mental health. I’m selling outfits. What I like about my Instagram is that you can find as much as for your interior like my tips of mental health in psychology with phrases and to nitrate your soul with meditations and also you can find for your exterior like my stylist, outfits, beauty tips and shop my outfits.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
Coming soon I’ll stop selling the outfits and put a product on beauty way with my same brand and with another new that I can’t talk more about it until It’s realized, this in order to sell in stores. Continue filling love and advertising my Instagram for people. Of big chances, I would like to help people with their mental health in conferences. Get more people who need a push to live instead of about survive and continue being inspiration so that you feel that the goals are fulfilled without having anything and doing things even though you are afraid.
