Meet Stacy Rohrbough of Face First Laser Clinic in Monterey

Today we’d like to introduce you to Stacy Rohrbough.

Stacy, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
There has always been more that I wanted out of my career once I became a nurse. Working in the emergency room, then orthopedics and now in the aesthetics field, I have always loved the connection built with my patients and helping them feel better, both physically and emotionally. Finally landing in Monterey after three years as a Nurse Practitioner in ortho, I jumped at the chance to work at a truly unique clinic providing excellent care and quality treatments for a wide range of patients. We have been steadily expanding since I took the position of co-owner, ultimately expanding the business from 1 provider to 5 providers. We are now celebrating 12 years of being in business! And even though the client base continues to expand, we still maintain an intimate boutique feel with quality customer service from an All-Star treatment team.

Has it been a smooth road?
Starting a business or trying to build up your clientele always comes with challenges. Staffing is a constant concern for a small practice. If one provider or front office worker finds another job, your whole dynamic is changed. Additionally with an increase in treatment options comes an increase in client demands that need to be addressed. Time and space management is key for a small business. We have struggled to keep up with the busy pace as well as not having enough office space to accommodate clients and staff. Even when adding new employees, we have to thoroughly train them to maintain the excellence in the procedures, customer service, safety, and all that we hold as our mission statement and primary goal.

Here at Face First Laser Clinic we are proud that our clients come to us not only for excellent customer service and great procedure outcomes but also for an amazing experience.
