From the time I could walk, I was drawn to the earth’s treasures. While other children ran across the playground, chasing each other and climbing monkey bars, my eyes were always on the ground, searching. Smooth river stones, quartz glistening in the sun, and speckled pebbles of every color found their way into my pockets.
“Why is your bookbag so heavy?” my mother would ask at the end of the school day, shaking her head as handfuls of rocks tumbled onto the floor. I would just smile, unable to explain the magnetic pull I felt toward these little wonders.
Though my fascination with crystals had always been there, my journey to holistic healing took time to unfold. I pursued nursing at Hampton University, believing that traditional medicine was the path to helping others. But something inside me yearned for more—something beyond prescriptions and hospital rooms. I wanted to heal not just the body, but the soul.
After college, I fell into a deep depression. The life path I had worked so hard to build didn’t feel like my own. I felt lost, disconnected, and unsure of where to turn. But that dark period became my greatest catalyst. It forced me to seek healing for myself, to dive into the world of holistic wellness with more than just curiosity—with need. I explored energy work, breathwork, and the power of crystals in a way I never had before. And as I healed, I began to realize that this was my true calling.
In 2015, a close friend who worked construction handed me a coil of copper wire. “You’re always talking about energy and crystals,” he said with a knowing grin. “Maybe you can make something out of this.”
With that simple gift, my hands began to weave my first crystal necklace. As I twisted the copper around a shimmering stone, something awakened in me—a connection between the past and the future, between the earth and the spirit. That was the moment Holistic Elevationz was born.What began as a love for collecting stones blossomed into a mission: to uplift the mind, body, and spirit through wearable crystal art, natural remedies, and soulful wellness products. Through years of self-discovery, healing, and transformation, I poured my passion into my craft, creating not just jewelry, but tools of empowerment.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
After college, I found myself standing at the edge of a life that no longer felt like my own. I had done everything “right”—pursued a stable career, followed the path I thought would lead to success—but inside, I felt empty. The deeper I walked into the world of traditional medicine, the more I realized it wasn’t where my soul belonged. But what else was there? Who was I outside of the identity I had built?
The uncertainty swallowed me whole. I spiraled into a deep depression, feeling lost, disconnected, and numb. The weight of expectations, both from myself and others, pressed against my chest, making it hard to breathe. I woke up every day with an ache I couldn’t explain, a heaviness that refused to leave. Nights became endless loops of overthinking, self-doubt, and loneliness.It wasn’t just sadness—it was a full-body exhaustion, a grieving of the life I thought I wanted. I withdrew from the world, unable to explain what I was going through. My mind tormented me with whispers: What if you never find your purpose? What if you’re broken beyond repair?
Everything I once relied on for stability—plans, structure, certainty—crumbled beneath me. The only thing left was the pain, forcing me to sit with it, to face the shadows I had ignored for so long. I started questioning everything. Why did I feel so disconnected? Why did I feel like something was missing, even when I had everything I was supposed to want?
The journey back wasn’t sudden or magical—it was slow, messy, and filled with moments where I wanted to give up

I am a holistic practitioner, crystal artisan, and the Founder of Holistic Elevationz, a brand dedicated to mind, body, and spirit wellness. My work revolves around creating wearable crystal art, natural remedies, and soulful wellness products that help people heal, balance their energy, and deepen their connection to themselves. Beyond products, I also teach holistic spirituality, guiding others through self-healing, chakra work(reiki I), breathwork, and navigating their spiritual awakenings.

Knowing that my work is changing lives is the most fulfilling part of this journey.
