Meet Sima Morrison of House of Citrine

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sima Morrison.

Sima, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
My passion for health began from growing up in a house where my father was sick. His sickness sparked an obsession with my health. I went in deep, traveled, met with health leaders from all around the country. This experience helped inspire me to seek answers. I built House of Citrine with a vision of healing and supporting the collective. Both on a cellular level and a conscious level of awareness of the body and soul connection.

Has it been a smooth road?
We are in a time where we are getting so much information about holistic health that it can be overwhelming. Always trusting your intuition is the best way to stay focused and aligned. I’m so grateful for my self-care routine to stay grounded and nourished so if I ever have a bump in the road I easily get back on track.

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the House of Citrine story. Tell us more about the business.
House of Citrine is a guide to living consciously. We celebrate a vibrant community of mindful businesses and influencers in the wellness space. We highlight amazing companies, medical practitioners, healing modalities, sustainable brands, and spiritual practices.

I’m a holistic nutritionist and the editor of HOC. At this moment in my life, I am focusing on healing retreats in Mount Shasta California, which is the largest, most potent vortex in California. It’s absolutely powerful.

I’m currently facilitating retreats with Dr. Surrago, a naturopathic doctor based in Santa Monica. Together we have a mission to lead healing in a natural setting where the power of the plants, trees, flowers, air, wind, and water will uplift your vibration and bring your body back into balance.

I’m most proud of being able to do what I love, and that is helping people with their health journey. It truly is gratifying for me and fulfills my heart. I’m very grateful that I can do this act of service.

How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
This is just the beginning of the boom. There is so much information we haven’t unlocked about health and wellness, and it’s all coming to light.

I think we will see people jump on the Anthony Williams’ Medical Medium protocol; I see people eating more of a plant-based diet, I think people will definitely be limiting their animal proteins intake.

Meditation will be as common as brushing your teeth, and advanced stem cell therapy treatments will become much more popular.
