Sheena, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I started my business because I was at a job I hated and I got tired of listening to people who didn’t have as many credentials as I do tell me what to do. I stumbled upon a seminar on how to create a hair business. I asked friends to go into partnership with me but none of them wanted to be involved. At that point I decided to invest in myself and I ultimately paid pay for the course. I got to where I am today by taking a chance on myself and consistently working hard. Having strong will and determination, along with a can do attitude is definitely what I attribute my success to.
Has it been a smooth road?
The struggles I’ve encountered along the way are the unknown hiccups in the road that occur occasionally. Being my first business, there were a few times I didn’t know how to do something. Having the gusto to continue and not be defeated is what made me continue on accomplishing my goal. I have an undefeatable strength and spirit. I know I’m destined to be great, so just starting here is the starting point of a successful life.

My business is in the hair industry and I specialized in selling luxury hair extensions and hair frontals, along with custom coloring upon client request. Yes, Los Angeles is a very glamourous town and people. The beauty and fashion industry never die out here. Hair is a girl’s best friend and I’m fortunate enough to have a company that provides the best in town.
