Sean, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Since an early age, the professional development field has always intrigued me. This interest has motivated me to relay my experiences to others to increase their professional skills that they use every day. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to learn about Corporate America, human resources, management and leadership in the real world. Simply put, to succeed in today’s world, I believe that we must do as much preparation as possible to develop our speaking, writing, and professional skills. It is true that your professional first impressions last forever. Today, as a certified professional resume writer, career coach, engineer and real estate agent, I help people reach their professional, career and investment goals.
Has it been a smooth road?
Some of my earliest challenges were helping working professionals with their resume at the young age of 21 years old. Some of these professionals had 15+ years of experience. At first, some clients questioned my work until they got a chance to see the final process. Most of them really enjoyed and appreciated my tradition/old-fashioned approach of talking with each client over the phone to revise their resume drafts. I’ve also noticed recently that, majority of my clients call me looking for resume help when in actuality they need career coaching, interview preparation, or help finding a new job. As I am launching an online career coaching course, I will be better equipped to reach a larger mass of people.

I am passionate about helping others reach their full potential and find careers that are purposeful. To remain competitive in today’s market with constantly changing job search strategies, my clients need to be armed with the most current trends and best practices in job search and career management. Specialties As a Certified Professional Resume Writer, we compose Resume and Cover Letters for professionals and executives. As a Certified Professional Career Coach, we help those seeking new employment, promotions, developing plans and goals for real estate investments and employees within companies who desire performance management and succession planning. Starting in the spring of 2018, we plan to launch a series of targeted resume help videos that have two main goals: 1. To inspire job seekers by showing them what an exclusive/visual view of their dream job would look like. This would be accomplished by having videos directly in the operating room, the construction site or the front office for those who are seeking medical techs, construction management or admin roles respectively for example. 2. By offering these resume help videos, we expect to attract more customers and provide an effective and affordable alternative to one-on-one consulting services.

Every job that candidates apply to will require a resume – all interviews will be performed via phone, live online video or recorded video first, then in-person if it is for a corporate America role. On average, over 500 applicants will apply for entry level jobs in America.
