In Early 2012, what started out as mutual respect, turned into mutual approval as two top real estate agents both equally well known to the residents of El Dorado Park Estates, decided to pool their considerable talents and resources to join together as a team of ‘Sarah Ireland and Heather Burke’.
For many years this duo had, independently of each other, been helping families purchase and sell homes in Long Beach. Now we work in tandem to serve the families and individuals who call, or who want to call this wonderful city home.
You could say real estate is in Sarah Ireland’s blood, she is after all a third-generation real estate professional. Yes, Sarah is firmly rooted in the real estate industry and she happily acknowledges that ‘real estate is all I’ve ever wanted to do’. Because it is a true passion, she puts her heart and soul into it and that is reflected in the high level of service, professionalism and caring she provides to her clients. Sarah is also blessed with a strong sense of style and as a result her listings were beautifully staged for maximize visual appeal and garnered top selling price. As a mom to two wonderful daughters she knows why families fall in love with the city. Sarah believes in giving back to the community, and that is why she volunteers to serve in her girls school and local community.
They say if you want to get something done, ask a busy person to do it…they obviously were thinking of Heather the quintessential ‘can-do’ lady. Heather began her real estate career working for a mortgage broker so she could learn the business from the ground up. After satisfying her ‘need to know’ on the lending side, she moved to specializing in residential real estate. Today she has an impressive number of professional designations after her name and a reputation for being tenacious in getting the best deal for her clients. An advocate for utilizing technology to best serve her business and her clients, she also believes strongly in giving old fashioned ‘high-touch’ personalized customer service.
Eight years later, our team has grown to include a social media specialist and marketing programs specialist. We also have an assistant to help with our growing business. In April 2019, Sarah & Heather were named the #1 Sales Team “International President’s Elite” at Coldwell Banker Coastal Alliance. In 2018 our team sold 28 million dollars.
Both agents are delighted to team up and represent buyers and sellers in the Long Beach and surrounding areas. Heather says, “you know what they say…two heads are better than one’ and Sarah says ‘Now we can be in two places at once!”

Most of our struggles have been with the Real Estate market and the Economy which have we have no control over. We choose to not focus on things we have no control over and instead focus on helping all our clients achieve their goals.

We located at Coldwell Banker Coastal Alliance in their Seal beach office which is centrally located to our clients. Once of the most exciting values we find is that we are Global Luxury Certified which mean we can take advantage Coldwell Bankers Corporate Global sales marketing programs. This has been a huge benefit for us and our buyers/sellers.
We are both licensed Realtors and Heather holds a Brokers License. We specialize in selling Residential Real Estate in Long Beach and surrounding areas. 80% of our business comes from referrals from past clients. We are honored that our clients feel we work hard enough for them to refer us to their own friends and family.
We are known in the Greater Long Beach area as top agents that other agents want to work with because we do everything we commit to do to make the transaction good for all parties involved. We always want to have a good reputation in this business and we hold ourselves to a pretty high standard.
The thing we are most proud of is that we push the value on all properties we sell and make sure they sell quickly and for top dollar. When we work with buyers we are tenacious enough to help them the deal they want.
The biggest compliment we get is when agents and buyers come to our open houses and say “wow your listings in person always look like they do online.” We feel like when you are hiring us for our expertise and knowledge you are getting a 2 for 1 deal.
