Meet Sara Dagan

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sara Dagan.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
My therapeutic journey began 18 years ago, when I arrived in the United States. After completing my studies for five years, I managed an operating room and enjoyed every minute. I was entitled to treat the human body in all its parts. A fascinating period that left me many seals. When my second daughter was born, as the heart opened wide, so did the desire to move from the body to the mental health and to find my way of caring for the souls of others. I studied, learned, rationalized, looked inside and discovered a new world of personal development and coaching. I was given the tools and knowledge of the world’s great mentors – Tony Robbins, Chloe Madness, Joe Dispenza and many others. I found my purpose – to convey knowledge, tools, abilities, and faith to others.

Now after a long and challenging flight time, I invite you to join me in the new world. A world that proves daily that there is no limit to the abilities of each of us. I will be happy to share with you the knowledge and tools I have accumulated and to provide you with a warm corner from which you will be able to rise as high as you dream. I’m Sara Dagan a personal coach for success. For many years I devote my life to the work and coaching of women, men, couples and even children. Yes, even children need coaching. Especially today, in the era of the social media that makes childhood even more difficult and complex than previous editions. In my personal life, I am happily married to Oren and mother to my four wonderful ones – Osher 10 Haeley 8 Alene 7 and Roi 5.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
We all have our struggles and the secret is what do we learn from it, I had many struggles along the way and when as I was pealing the onion layers of my soul I had to deal with some traumas I had buried in the past. It’s not easy building a business when you are a mother of four and learning to balance my motherhood and passion for what I do and it was a difficult thing to do.

Please tell us about Sara Dagan Life Coach.
When you have a coach, it’s a certain status But let’s just ask ourselves Why do I need Life Coach? The ultimate Coach will follow his clients to narrow the gap between the desired and the actual, he actually helps him to live his life in a higher awareness of the desires and patterns in which he lives, when someone chooses to start a coaching process he actually undertakes himself and the trainer to begin the process of realizing the abilities and fulfill his dreams . Without a commitment to such a procedure, no change can actually happen, and the entire training process is based on the commitment of the trained person.

Coaching is not a process of imparting new knowledge, but on the contrary, peeling layers and finding answers within the trained, the basic assumption is that each one of us has all the appropriate answers to the way he wants to succeed in his life. Coaching is a process in which the trainee develops new skills to help him realize every dream. He learns to look inward, to ask questions to see different points of view for the same situation. In the process you actually set goals visualize achieving them and monitor the process with a coach that has the sole interest is your success. These are tools that will remain with him all his life. Unfortunately these are not tools taught in schools, Compassion, setting goals and achieving them are things that are learned in life and from the people who surround us, and therefore it is our duty as individuals, couples or groups to fill our lives with enriching experiences and find the right coach/ mentor who can help us.

Society these days makes it difficult for a women to choose to stay home and run the house I had clients who were embarrassed by the choices they had made that were right for them, no one should be embarrassed by the choices they make and choices can be changed in different times of our lives. One of my clients was a very successful high tech CFO she decided to leave her work when she had her baby, and she struggled but that what was she really wanted she didn’t struggle when she was home with her family she struggled about being judged and looked at, so we worked on that on some of the beliefs she carried with her and today three years later her son is in preschool program and she is back to work in a different format because it is what’s right for her.

Working with kids is a huge passion of mine, as a mother of four I was always looking the way to give my kids the tools and knowledge but I got responses of ‘don’t coach me, mom’ and I had to figure out other ways, so I did – I found a program that fit, I love seeing my clients peal the layers and thrive that’s my passion!

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
I have four older brothers and I’m the only girl and the youngest, one of my favorite memories is when my first niece was born I stood in front of the mirror screaming to myself that I have a new sister and that I am an aunt we are bonded and she stood by my bedside when I had my babies she is a sister to me and that moment always brings tears of joy to my eyes.
