Today we’d like to introduce you to Sandra Ruiz.
Sandra, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
My journey into credit repair started in 2003 when I was working as a mortgage loan officer, I had clients who had low credit scores that wanted to buy or refinance but their credit was stopping them and I really wanted to help them so I asked my broker at the time how we could help them. He showed me how to fix their credit so I started doing it for free for my clients and sure enough a few months later their credit increased and I was able to help them get a loan.
I continued to do loans until the crash in 2008, after that while I was trying to figure out what I wanted to do next, my clients had kept referring me clients for credit repair so I continued to help them while I figured out how I was going to take my business to the next level, initially all the work was done by me only, then I hired an assistant to help me about a year later I asked my fiance to partner up with me to help me grow my business. We are the highest rated and most reviewed on Yelp in California with over 150 5 star reviews. We have had our Main office in Studio city for about 5 years now and we also have offices in San Francisco and San Diego, we have a staff of about 10 employees that help us.
We are passionate about helping people, not only have we been able to help our clients become home owners for the first time but also help them qualify for a car loan, get approved for a job and approved for more credit and we love to see our clients happy and able to accomplish their goals.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It has been fairly smooth sometimes we come across hurdles but we have been able to cross them and put systems in place to help run things better, with any business you constantly learn as you grow.
So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Fix Your Credit Consulting story. Tell us more about the business.
Our company is called Fix Your Credit Consulting we help consumers repair any inaccurate, negative or ID Theft items from their credit reports. We first start by giving our clients a free consultation by phone where we review their credit reports to see what is reporting on there, once we go over the items with our clients we let them know what we can help them with and the cost involved. We also consult our clients on how to rebuild their credit and manage their credit so they can raise their scores and build up their credit sooner in order to accomplish their goals faster. We specialize in removing pretty much anything that is affecting them, granted some things can take time, but what sets us apart from other companies is that we will offer them a money back warranty on any items we cannot remove after a certain time frame. Our goal is to help our clients and if they are happy which they always are then they continue to refer us more clients.
