Today we’d like to introduce you to Sam Led.
Hi Sam, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I am a no-nonsense transformation coach, speaker, powerful group facilitator, and author. Some people say that I am just a “woo-woo” soul.
I was born with a neurodiverse brain. In other words, I was born with a brain that just works differently. After being diagnosed with ADHD, OCD, and GAD by well-meaning mental health professionals, I thought I needed fixing. I spent decades suffering about how incompetent and stupid I felt because my mind worked differently. I was at the mercy of my thinking. Then one day, I was introduced to a revolutionary new understanding of how the mind works and how all of us are just one thought away from mental health. Suddenly my life opened up in ways I can only describe as magical. I learned how to thrive with anxiety, OCD, and ADHD. I learned that I did not have to be afraid of my experience. I learned there was this deeper intelligence underneath the noise of my thinking. With this understanding, I dropped my suffering and began THRIVING in life. I use my years of experience and deep knowledge of personal development, human behavior, spirituality, and natural intuitive gifts to gently guide my clients to slow down and see something new that perhaps they have never seen before. When we look underneath the heaviness of the noise called thinking can we find true insight and wisdom on what to do next in any situation.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I am a no-nonsense transformation coach, speaker, powerful group facilitator, host of the mental health podcast “The Fearless Now,” and author. Some people say that I am just a “woo-woo” soul.

What were you like growing up?
I was a shy, empathic, and curious kid with a technicolor imagination. From an early age, I had a penchant for creative writing (descriptive writing), song lyrics, and the spoken word (broadcasting). I especially loved the descriptive writing styles of Faulkner and Hemingway. I was also curious about the human condition and how the mind works. Despite my learning challenges (ADHD and a neurodiverse mind that works differently) I excelled in high school, college, and graduate school albeit having to work harder than my peers in left brain-related subjects such as math, science, and statistics.
