Meet Sabrina Rosiles of New Mind New Body Fitness

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sabrina Rosiles.

Hi Sabrina, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I never had a tough upbringing growing up, but I did struggle with self-confidence, poor self-esteem and body image issues. I was also bullied for my lisp which made me really shy, nervous to speak out loud, meet new people or being in social settings. My passion for fitness began in High School when I started losing weight for senior prom. By my graduation, I was hooked on fitness and feeling the best I ever felt. At 19, I was introduced to “The Secret” aka The Law of Attraction. What stood out to me the most was the understanding of how our thoughts, feelings, actions and our purpose has in our creating, or what I like to call, MANIFESTING, our life.

After a few years of spiritual development, I began my personal development and started reading two books that totally transformed my mindset and the way I perceived life. I began journaling my purpose and WHY I wanted to open up my own gym. I wrote down a goal and how to make it possible. I manifested, I prayed, I spoke it into existence, I visualized every day for three months. I manifested the right people, places and opportunities into my life that I needed to make my thoughts into reality. In Dec. 2014, I officially opened New Mind New Body Fitness. I was 24, no job, no education or experience in business, management, finances or marketing. I didn’t know anything about taxes or certain laws that pertain to business in CA. I literally had no idea what I was doing or what I was in for, I just took that leap in faith and trusted in God that he would lead me the right way. I had no idea how I did it, but I did. I am a huge believer in anything is possible, no matter what your circumstances are, the only limit is YOU. My business was founded through my own personal journey of discovery and growing my mind, body and soul.

My purpose grew from “I want to help people lose weight” to “I want to help people become mentally mindful, physically healthy and spiritually/energetically aware.” Since starting up my first studio, approx 300 sq, I’ve moved four times because of business growth. I’ve serviced 100s of men and women, hosted numerous charitable events, educational seminars and worked alongside with several nonprofits, community programs and the chamber of commerce. My gym is now located in a beautiful storefront 4,000sq facility in North Fontana. My business is now focused on helping women create confidence in their life by working on their mental, physical and spiritual health. We provide a comfortable and positive environment for our members, a place they feel wanted and safe. A place to heal and grow, laugh and cry. Almost seven years and a baby later, I am still not where I want to be but I will always strive for success.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
There definitely are struggles, but it’s all about mindset. Every time I came across a struggle, I would smoke a bowl, say “IT COULD BE WORSE” and just think of a solution. Every problem has a solution. A tip I recommend is to learn to be “detached”.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
NEW MIND NEW BODY FITNESS is Women’s Private Fitness Studio. Yes we are a gym, but we are so much more. Many of our clients have success with their physical transformation but what shines more is how we transform woman’s souls. We help women heal from pain and suffering. We help woman grow in awareness and confidence. We empower our members to follow their heart, purpose and passion, hence leading them to make life-changing decisions like separation/divorce, career changes and business start up‘s. We’ve helped our clients find love within themselves and true love with their partners. We focus on the importance of mental and spiritual health, not just the fat on your body. We are known for our welcoming and positive environment. Our culture is definitely our strongest suit and sets us apart from others. My coaches and members are amazing beautiful souls. We all love to connect and build relationships.

We offer fitness classes and group training and life coaching to selective clients. We also host workshops, seminars and charity fundraisers. We also have fun, we host game night, passion parties and hippie soundbaths. I would like the readers to know that confidence is key to success. Be confident in what you do. If you don’t feel confident, then work on it. If it’s your body image, then fix what you don’t like or learn to accept it and find happiness within. If it’s your finances, education or “next step”, learn budgeting or do some soul searching to find purpose. If you don’t feel like a good parent or employee, you can always read a book or watch educational videos on how to be better communicators, increase patience, etc. If you don’t feel confident in certain areas then work on it. That’s what I encourage all my clients to do.

Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
I am a huge believer in Karma. I do not believe in luck, I do good, I give, I love, I do nothing but send out positive vibrations into the universe. Hence why great things come my way. If something “bad” happens, it’s meant to happen and it’s meant for me to learn and grow.
