Meet Gita Merritt of Energy Healing Sharing Arts

Today we’d like to introduce you to Gita Merritt.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.

My intuitive awareness started me to look more closely at the health care system with honest concern, causing me to take greater control of my health.  Because of this renewed interest in personal health and in the health of my family and friends, spirit started guiding me toward greater knowledge and understanding.  Things started to fall in my lap like books and connections with other like-minded souls. This journey started with nutrition and quickly led to the energy healing arts.  I quickly became a spiritual junkie.

Some of the modalities I have studied and continue learning includes IBA- International BodyTalk Association by Dr. John Veltheim, Signature Cell Pioneered by Kahu Fred Sterling, The Emotion & Body Code by Dr. Nelson, Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui The Founder of Modern Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga, Reiki, HO’OPONOPONO.  I also love exploring other modalities, rock painting, and photographing our beautiful neighborhood.

Has it been a smooth road?

Life has its ups, and downs and I believe these are the things that make us grow.  It still is a bit bumpy but looking back I see the bumps are not that bad and were necessary to bring me to where I am now.  Along the way, I have had much help from my large loving, caring, and supporting family and friends. I realize that I am provided all the help necessary to regain my balance and to remain an open channel for receiving the blessings of this life  I have been blessed with a plethora of amazingly creative people with their true helping intention for the greater good, and to assist me in removing judgment of myself, others, and to help me improve my self-worth and self-love. I believe that all things work together for the highest good and I also believe that Spirit is working together to give me all that I desire.  Equipped with this knowledge I can no longer look at bumps in the road as obstacles but rather as tools that Spirit is using to provide me and shape me into the person I am meant to be.  I love this life bumps and all.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Release 4 Balance – tell our readers more, for example, what you’re most proud of and what sets you apart from others.

I feel so blessed to experience this lifetime and, I am genuinely happy to assist others.  I start each session with this feeling of gratitude.  Each session is different and has its own needs and priorities.  All sessions are done at a distance which helps keep us in the zone for deeper findings and releases.  I believe knowing and using many different modalities helps me get to a much deeper level of awareness when working with a client, in any protocol of the energy healing arts.  One protocol I always use is the knowledge that we are not really different or separate?  Healing for others is healing for myself.  Beginning with Love and gratitude for both myself and my client, being authentic in my heart, wishing everyone blessings and peace beyond knowledge are key to healing and necessary as we explore healing together.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
I love being in California, especially near the ocean.  I call it the ocean of love and mercy, it provides a cool breeze wonderful plants and trees, healthy, happy sunshine with hummingbirds.  California is like a magnet of love, it is a good place for photography, and let’s not forget about animal lovers. If you have a doggy and you’ll be off meeting interesting people.   Like most cities, I believe everyone needs to be in a safe, clean, comfy home and our City in Santa Monica/Venice beach area needs to work on that said issue as a priority with care, consideration, and sharing for balance.

This is a wonderful way of connecting, and not having to leave the comfort of your home. How do I sign up for a session?

Gita helped me with my horse 🙂 In January we bought a 3 year old unbroken horse. Initial plan was that the trainer will put him under the saddle and in 2-3 months the horse will be ready for full time training. However, health problems started to pile up one after another- ulcers, eye problem, legs, and so on. My friend recommended Gita. I was skeptical at first, but decided to try since I had nothing to loose. I couldn’t believe when the next day after only session out trainer said that behavior of our baby horse totally changed to a positive and willing to learn attitude. From sour and stubborn he became smart and amazing. And this was 1 session only. Thank you, Gita! I recommend her services to everyone.
