So, before we jump into specific questions, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Aka Chef🇵🇭Fantabulas, I am a happily married husband of 20 years and I have three beautiful children. I come from an area in the Philippines called “Pampanga”, which is basically the culinary capital of our country. From a young age, you’re taught to food prep and watch over the food. I may not be your traditional Chef, but I take pride in my unorthodox approach to cooking. I embrace my rawness and let my passion take the lead whenever I am in the kitchen.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Not by any means… Let’s just say that life has thrown me a lot of curveballs during this time period, professionally, personally, and some were self-inflicted, but I am surprised to say that the community has come together to help support me and inspire me to keep going.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with Cannabis Catered Events – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
Two years ago, I founded “Cannabis Catered Events” a full on Catering and Events company that focused on the Chefs and built events centered around the Food first, and Cannabis just happens to be present.
Education and the Normalization of Cannabis is very important to me, so we really try to bring a different feel and vibe when you’re in attendance at one of our events. We always make sure to emphasize on the intangibles and elaborate on each and every little detail to ensure that our guests will have an experience of a lifetime.
And as a personal/private Chef I have been able to find a little success rubbing shoulders and cooking for some of Hollywood’s celebrities like:
