Today we’d like to introduce you to Ron Scolesdang.
Ron, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
We were a group of individuals who needed a team for the fairly new sport of MMA at the time. From that team, multiple champions and contenders were made for MMA and Muay Thai. Today, using the same principles that continue to make contenders and world champions, we do more than just fight, we offer all things MMA and Fitness which include: Cardio Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, and MMA for all skill levels.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It’s never a smooth road.
We always have the pressure to win fights.
We always have the pressure to generate enough revenue to stay in business.
Finding an all-star team if difficult for both our fight team, and sales team.
The biggest challenge is knowing how to balance our work and life. Since this gym is our passion, we tend to put work before everything else.

We are a community of people who love everything that is MMA and Fitness. We offer classes, access to our facility, and most importantly the family and culture that will become a major part of your life. We specialize in all things MMA and Fitness. We are most proud of our family values. We are one big team whether you are a professional fighter or cardio kick boxer. The strong culture we have in our gym is what sets us apart from others, you gain a new family when you join.
