Meet Ralph Suarez of Dilbeck Real Estate- Ralph Suarez

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ralph Suarez.

Ralph, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I gained experience in real estate directly out of high school by managing part of my grandfather’s portfolio of properties. I officially began my real estate sales career in 1994 and within a few years became a top producer. I have continued to maintain the top producer position for 20+ years in spite of having all the challenges in the real estate industry.

After learning about tenant leases, rent administration and maintenance I expanded my expertise into REO properties, representing buyers and guiding them through the transactions with banks and mortgage companies. I also worked with developers and represented them in sales transactions. I have explored in real estate investment, by buying homes and renovating the property for resale. I have successfully completed thousands of transactions throughout my career and was pleased to earn a spot in the Wall Street Journal’s Real Trends ranking nationwide.

Has it been a smooth road?
I believe working in the real estate industry is challenging in and of itself, especially in Los Angeles. It is a task to lead sales in a large company, let alone topping the charts in Los Angeles, I work tirelessly to focus and to achieve success and I value each and every one of my clients. The goal is to always provide the highest standard of service from the first day of a listing to the close of escrow. I’m determined to make each and every transaction a success.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Dilbeck Real Estate- Ralph Suarez – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
Although I work mostly with home Sellers and Buyer’s, I specialize in Investment/income properties. Buyers don’t usually try to find an agent who specializes in Investment properties, but they should. Buyers are interested in these types of properties because they want a good deal. My geographical knowledge and price evaluations for the area really helps me to work with Buyer’s, Seller’s and developers. I believe this sets me apart from most agents in my area.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
Our City is ethnically and culturally diverse and this makes Los Angeles a melting pot. I love the opportunities this City provides to everyone who wants to work hard and be successful. I like the people, culture and the laid-back attitude that we possess.

I love our museums, theaters and restaurants that we enjoy year round due to the great weather. There really is nothing that I dislike, other than the traffic at times. I have traveled extensively, but Los Angeles is my home and I wouldn’t trade it for anywhere else on earth.
