Meet Porsche Simpson of Hollywood Tattle Tale in Downtown Los Angeles

Today we’d like to introduce you to Porsche Simpson.

So, before we jump into specific questions, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
The idea to launch my blog, Hollywood Tattle Tale, came about when I was working as a social media manager for a celebrity. Although that position caused me to wear many hats, I still felt as if I was missing something. That something turned out to be the enjoyment of having something I created just for me. I decided to design a website, sort of a one-stop-shop that allowed me to incorporate everything I love to do: report the news, interview people, and share my photography.

Hundreds of blog posts later, Hollywood Tattle Tale is my website that offers pop culture news, celebrity interviews, and exclusive behind-the-scenes photographs & video of red carpet events, movie premieres, award shows, and fashion weeks.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
An obstacle I experience along the way is time management. Having a full-time job, updating the blog on a consistent schedule can be difficult to maintain. Another obstacle is finding ways to make money from posts, and coming up with ways to stand out from the rest.

Please tell us about Hollywood Tattle Tale.
Hollywood Tattle Tale is your digital destination for all things pop culture. Whether you want to check out the latest movie trailers, learn what’s trending in fashion, or what your favorite celebrity is up to-it’s a platform of intriguing information. I think what sets me apart from others is that I don’t write for click-bait, I write to inform and entertain. Sometimes, I write as a fan, so it’s exciting to cover news about one of my favorite artists releasing a new album or being featured in a magazine.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
Dancing. The arts has always been a part of my life. I grew up attending a creative & performing arts school. My art of choice was ballet, tapp, and jazz dancing. I actually didn’t take an athletic courses until I began attending college.
