Meet Personal Trainer Dianna Renee Farr

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dianna Renee Farr.

She’s a hard working fitness enthusiast with a eye towards using technology to grow her business.  From partnering with Martial Arts master Amir Solsky to make online videos to working with athletes, Dianna is building a powerful foundation that will inevitably lead to a well-known brand within the world of fitness.  We’re super excited to share her story with you below.

Dianna, please share your story with us.  How did you get to where you are today?

I started my fitness journey when I was 10 years old walking around the rose bowl in Pasadena with my mom and sisters every Wednesday night. Eventually as I got older I would invite friends to jog or rollerblade with me around the rose bowl daily. I enjoyed motivating my friends and family and knew that I could inspire others through my enthusiasm of fitness. I started taking all sorts of classes at different gyms around Los Angeles and eventually started teaching step, kickboxing, dance, martial arts, and yoga classes. During this time I enrolled in a naturopathic school which focused on healthy living through natural modalities and after graduating I knew I wanted to incorporate my love of fitness and healthy living as a profession. I became NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified and started training clients ranging from beginners to accomplished athletes. I started posting online videos with my martial arts master Amir Solsky and we started our Powered by Tabata channel as well as Coach Dianna Renee. I have love every bit of my journey and am excited and fully engaged in my life!

Has it been a smooth road?

It has been a very smooth road for me. It seems that everything kinda falls into place for me. I do work hard though everyday but I don’t feel as if I’m actually working. When I am teaching my classes there is nowhere else I’d rather be. When I’m training my clients I feel as if I’m training my friends back in the day around the rose bowl.

What are your plans for the future?
I would like to continue my learning and understanding of living in my prime and recreating my healthy fit body day in and day out and hopefully helping others achieve optimal healthy living as well. I will also continue mastering my craft of body movement/martial arts training/body awareness with my Mestre Amir Solsky.

Let’s dig a little deeper into your story.  What was the hardest time you’ve had?

Almost all of my challenges and my adversity has been self-imposed and having to develop my own self-worth.  I have always been incredibly determined and persistent and have always found hard work very rewarding.  So as a result of consistent hard work I have been blessed.  I have a practice of waking up every morning and declaring to myself that this is a fresh new day that has never been experienced.  It is a beautiful gift from spirit and I will use this day to its fullest, developing my internal nature and inspiring and connecting with others. I believe my clients not only get a good workout with me – they also get a good dose of life coaching and a big spoonful of enthusiasm for life!
