Today we’d like to introduce you to Paolo Rubino.

Paolo, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
We are legal document assistants, We can prepare all the paperwork for your new corporation, your estate planning, your uncontested divorce, your change of property, etc.

We have been around since the ’90s. When it comes to legal documents, experience does matter!
We don’t charge by the hour. One flat fee covers it all – know upfront what you spend.

We can do business in person, or over the phone and via e-mail. Choose the way you prefer to handle your legal matters. No matter how you’ll be happy you did business with us!

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Actually, it has been a pretty smooth ride. We are not a seasonal business, and we are recession proof. So by taking care of our customers, we are able to benefit from referrals. No matter how much marketing we do, the majority of our new customers comes from referrals. That should tell you something!

We are a team of four people, all four notaries, with a combined experience of 35 years in the legal field.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with THE DOCUMENT PEOPLE – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
The core of our business is divorce, incorporation, estate planning, and real estate deeds.

We also handle a wide variety of legal services, such as probate, bankruptcies, evictions.

What sets us apart from the online competition is that you get to talk in person with an expert who can answer all your questions, and prepare all your documents – sometimes on the spot. We are efficient and courteous, and our prices are extremely affordable.

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
We plan to keep serving the San Fernando Valley communities for years to come. This year we are celebrating our 20th anniversary. We plan to be around for at least 20 more…
