Meet Paola Franco and Sandra Favero of Say I Do to Details in Redondo Beach

Today we’d like to introduce you to Paola Franco and Sandra Favero.

Paola and Sandra, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Say I Do to Details was founded in early 2012. I, Paola have always wanted to own my own business, but it wasn’t until I got engaged and planned my own wedding, I discovered my crazy passion for events. It is literally the perfect job for me. I get to apply my passion for business for all the operational part of the business and my organizational skills along with my mild obsessive compulsive disorder also came in handy. Sandra, my business partner, had a small event company, specializing in Kid’s birthday parties. We decided to unite forces, and launch Say I Do to Details.

Has it been a smooth road?
Luckily, we have encountered amazing people along the way. We started small, with word of mouth, and have grown our business to almost 1 event per weekend. Most of our clients are referrals and word of mouth, and we are proud of what we accomplished. The industry however, comes with its own challenges. It’s a very competitive market, with many great talent! But also, an endless market with clients getting married and celebrating many occasions every day. It can also be hard on our families, as we literally have given up our weekends for life… weekend, what weekend?

Say I Do to Details is a full-service event planning and design company that specializes in planning unique parties, exclusive corporate functions and distinctive weddings. We offer a variety of planning services designed to accommodate our client’s specific needs, and it is our mission to bring their vision and ideas to life. Our extensive industry knowledge and multicultural background, enable us to cultivate creative, fresh and innovative ideas that result in gorgeous, jaw-dropping, stunning events that will be remembered for years to come. We pride ourselves in providing personalized customer service, and strongly believe that the foundation for a successful event begins with good communication, detailed planning and flawless execution. Because we understand that everyone’s vision and needs are unique, we work closely together with our clients to ensure that every event is a true collaboration of our clients’ ideas combined with our trade skills, attention to detail and experience. We derive our thrill from taking on new challenges, and get profound satisfaction in seeing our clients’ visions brought to life. We are so proud to be where we are today, and to be able to say that our clients have become long life friends. What sets us apart is the passion we have for what we do, and our undeniable client loyalty. Our number one priority is our client, and we go above and beyond for their complete satisfaction. We strongly believe in dedicated customer services, and we are literally like doctors on call!

Is our city a good place to do what you do?
I think Redondo Beach is a great city for a business like ours. Our business however, it’s not so tight to a location. We are flexible, and can work from any coffee shop. Redondo Beach has great Coffee Shops!
