Hi Orly, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I started as an office manager for a Roofing company 10+ years ago. After realizing this is an industry that I liked and wanted to pursue a career in I became a dispatcher, wanted more so went into sales, became the sales manager and than jumped into actual projects that involved the installation of the roof, coordinating with and meeting city inspectors, dealing with suppliers for materials, coordinating installation crews which lead eventually to being a project manager. I’m very passionate about what I do, and I love what I do.
It was my dream for many years to have my own roofing license and to have my own roofing company, and now I’ve turned my dream into a reality, inspiring positive changes.
I’m creating a solution for roofing with a focus on paying attention to my customers wants and listening to their needs. Assuring them that I am there throughout the whole process.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t always been a smooth road for me, especially when you’re trying to build a name for yourself.
Being a woman in a male-dominated industry like roofing came with its own set of challenges.
I have to work twice as hard to prove that I know what I’m doing to get customers and employees’ trust.
On top of that, running a roofing business means dealing with all the usual issues of weather delays, finding trustworthy crew members, keeping up with licensing, insurance, and constantly changing material costs.
But after more than 10 years in this business, I’ve built a reputation for quality, honesty and knowledge with both customers as well as suppliers, because a reputation with suppliers is a very important aspect of the business. A good relationship with suppliers can have a substantial impact on delivery schedules, which has an impact on project completions. The challenges have made me tougher and more determined.

I’ve built my reputation on quality, integrity, honesty and dependability. With over 10 years in the roofing industry, I proudly serve Santa Clarita and LA county providing both residential and commercial roofing solutions. I’m passionate about protecting what matters most to our customers—their homes, their businesses, and their peace of mind.
What do you do, what do you specialize in / what are you known for?
We specialize in complete roof replacements, repairs, and new construction roofing installation. Our team is particularly known for our expertise in shingles roofing systems, Flat roofing and Tile roofing . We’re also known for our fast turnaround times, quality craftsmanship, clean job sites and keeping the customer informed of the progress of their project. Something our customers really appreciate.
What sets you apart from others?
We don’t just install roofs, we walk our clients through the entire process, step by step including inspections and materials information. We listen to our clients and keep them informed, this includes keeping them informed of changes in the weather.
What are you most proud brand wise?
We’re proud of the trust our community has placed in us. The majority of our business comes from word-of-mouth and referrals, which speaks volumes. Something we take great pride in.

I’m not intimidated about being in a male dominant industry, I’m funny, easy going, I’m always saying what’s on my mind.
Pricing:
- Pricing consistently fluctuates in this industry.
- Suppliers materials are going up every 3-4 months between 8-17%
- This is one of the reasons why the estimated price changes, usually the price on the estimate is good for 3-6 months.
- Permits prices are different from each city.
