Meet Neil Hadaegh of NH Dentistry Beverly Hills

Today we’d like to introduce you to Neil Hadaegh.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Growing up, I always knew that I wanted to be in the healthcare profession but I also had a creative/artistic side that I wanted to incorporate along with it. I felt that dentistry allowed me to do both. I graduated from the USC School of Dentistry but it wasn’t easy.

During my senior year, some members of my family went through a series of health issues so I took a month off to be by their side. When I came back, I began volunteering on Skid Row and other public clinics in Downtown LA to give back to the community. I worked morning, afternoon and night clinics not only to make up for the month that I took off but I also ended up graduating one month early. When you graduate dental school, you are given very few opportunities to gain experience in private practice as most offices are looking for associates that have 2-5 years’ experience. I was given an opportunity in Santa Barbara by a classmate’s older brother to associate in his office and I began working in Santa Barbara 3 days a week basically living out of the Courtyard Mariott and with nothing but a carry on. I saved my paychecks to pay for the cost of not only driving and staying in Santa Barbara but to take continuing education courses in Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry.

My vision was to always own a practice that was a high-end cosmetic dental office that provided quality treatment and excellent care. A lot of my peers thought I was crazy for wanting to own a high end dental office in Beverly Hills as they felt that the market was too saturated and too competitive but I never gave up on the vision I had for myself. I was given an opportunity to fill my other 2 days in Beverly Hills working with a plastic surgeon and another dentist. That’s when I really began honing in my cosmetic dentistry skills and focusing on establishing myself as a high end cosmetic dentist. Over the next 4 years, I continued to learn, take more continuing education courses and focus on providing excellent treatment and care until I was able to buy my practice in Beverly Hills.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My journey was overcoming numerous setbacks and doubt from my peers who thought it couldn’t be done. I always felt that with enough persistence and learning from adversity and setbacks throughout the journey that I could grow not only as a dentist but as a person as well.

My father always taught me to work hard and that accomplishing my goals wouldn’t come easy. I just kept the faith in myself and in the process of achieving my goals.

NH Dentistry Beverly Hills – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
I own a high-end cosmetic Dental practice in Beverly Hills with the motto: “Beautiful Dentistry without Compromise.” My office is known for providing quality dentistry utilizing the best materials and technology in the dental field with an unparalleled experience. Most individuals don’t particularly like to see the dentist but I want each patient that comes through my door to look forward to their appointment and to leave with a smile on their face knowing that they are in good hands and are receiving the best care possible. I’m most proud by the level of care that we provide to our patients from my office manager and assistants to my treatment coordinator and myself. The rapport that we build with our patients is what I believe sets us apart.

What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
The proudest moment in my career was buying my practice in Beverly Hills. It was my dream from day one. The journey I went through to get to that point made it even more gratifying.
